This website is NOT Australian based despite all outward appearances. Their return policy states that shipping for returns is at the buyer’s expense but what is not stated is that the return address is in China. The quality of the item was poor and initial attempt at emailing to try and arrange a return was met with several ‘offers’ to be refunded a trivial amount but to keep the item. Would recommend steering well clear of purchasing from this website…

AVOID AVOID AVOID.this company is in China. The whole setup is fake. They are a scam. No clear website address and when you contact them its all fluffing around what you say. Please note if you do attempt to buy something their refund is dodgy. They dont refund in fact they dont even want you to send the product back They know they sell inferior quality and charge you Australian prices. They offer 15% of your money back. These people are worrying keep clear their website should be pulled down.

Less than average product. They say refund if not satisfied but have been back and forth constantly with the trying to get out of it with store credit ignoring my request.
