Customer service non-existent. Phone number on website "not reachable" according to Telekom, no response from customer service after 3 attemps/ 7 days.

I assumed Lumelia was a lighting company that produced a range of lighting but they are not. The products they sell are available via many other companies often much cheaper. Delivery takes a while as its sent from China. The light I recieved is decent enough but I wish I had shopped around and bought it elsewhere for less than half price (that's even with it apparently being 50% off on Lumelias site).

Have just received the orange Nordic Minimalist table lamp. I love it! Beautifully styled and a perfect light for reading. Makes a statement but not over powering. Great price too. Very pleased. 🙂

Product arrived broken, looked like cheap plastic not at all like the pictures on the website. Uk website however 3 weeks to arrive from what I can only describe as temu sister site

Lamps ordered at the end of January, its now 10th March and according to Tracking have been sent back to the seller! I had an email saying there was a problem with the address: I rectified this as the Tracking had omitted the house name (in a village with no numbers!) TWICE. I have repeatedly emailed Customer Services who reply in German (?) which as I am ordering from the UK is helpful...not!! I am just hoping now that this order will be refunded but am thinking I have simply lost my money...

We ordered two lamps. After about 4-6 weeks of delivery, the lamps arrived. Initially both lamps worked (we used them for about one hour each so we hadn't even charged them up until this point) but then it turns out that one of the lamps cannot be charged. Something must be wrong with the battery or with the connector. Tried to talk to customer service (through their website, through instagram, via email) but received no helpful response (apart from the hint that the lamp needs to be charged).

Ridiculously bad experience overall.

I can only recommend to avoid buying anything from this company – in case of a problem you're on your own.

Good product, delivered what was promised - perfect for outside

The product looks nice, but is does not shine as bright as expected. Also the duration of charging is not as long as expected.

Lamps ordered on 2 January and did not arrive. No response from company despite being contacted several times.

We had an issue with the address caused by some bug in shop.com. I have emailed immediately and then well over 10 times. No response. Customer Service is none existent do not use this company. We can't cpmment kn the product. It appears to be delivered somewhere else!!

The lights arrived and did not work. They do not respond to emails and I have been left with broken lights and out of pocket. The website is professional but is clearly not as they portray.

Initially I ordered 2 lamps and my friend was so impressed when she saw them that I ended up ordering 2 for her also. The ordering process was easy and delivery very fast. The lamps arrived intact and are very well packed. I'm tempted to order another one for outdoors once I move end of June.

4 weeks after the order and no delivery and no information about the delivery deadline... as the customs paperwork are not delivered properly from Lumelia.

So pay attention to the localization of the company if you are not in Germany...it may be very long!

Great products - great customer experience

Delivery took weeks, returns only possible with having to pay zhe shipping costs to China which is as expensive as the product itself.
Handed over my issue to a lawyer‘s office.
Lunelia left me no choice. Don‘t buy here.
