Terrible experience from start to finish

I purchased the LUMEN² Audio2 Signature after seeing a good discount through the Sweatcoin app. Unfortunately, the experience was disastrous from the beginning.
After nearly a month of waiting—with no updates on the website and no response to multiple contact attempts (some of them quite assertive on my part)—the product finally arrived. To my disappointment, these turned out to be cheap, generic headphones, nothing like what one would expect from an item with a supposed original price of €150.
The brand was not as advertised. The packaging was generic and low quality. The headphones themselves felt extremely flimsy, made from light plastic, with no additional features and very poor audio quality. A quick online search revealed identical headphones on Amazon for €10 and even on Temu for $2.
After several complaints, the only solution offered was to return the product—at my own expense—to a US address, so they could “verify” whether a refund would be granted.
This has been a truly terrible experience and, frankly, feels deceitful. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
