DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. paid for a lamp to come that was advertised and being able to use it bathrooms and when it arrived it was not. They said I couple return at my own cost which would cost me more than the product! Absolute scam company.
SO BAD!!!! please do not purchase from this company. The returns process is really unclear on their website. The products are extremely poor quality and customer service is dreadful. Be warned. They are also advertising they have 4.5/5 stars on Trustpilot which is untrue!! PLEASE BE AWARE
I have to admit, the shipping took a bit longer than expecte, but overall I’m very satisfied. The lamp is perfect and fits my bathroom beautifully. I recently ordered another one as a gift for a friend. I’d rate the whole experience 8/10 because of the shipping, but the product itself is absolutely perfect😍
Scam service. They send something to the wrong address. They give you the track number, so you are sure your order is being delivered. But the parcel never arrives. It's not possible to get your money back.
I orderd 2 vinyl lamps, in the beginning of November. I thought it will be a nice Christmas gift. It's almost end of the year and my order is nowhere. I already paid for it, and dindt get a thing. I tried to contact with them, but it seems like, they happy with my money and dont really care about their customer.
