Brilliant products and customer service!
I wanted to write a quick review to share how brilliant Lumene has been - both their products and their customer service. I have very sensitive, combination and acne prone skin and so am very careful with what I use (and do lots of research beforehand). I have particularly loved the 'Intense Hydration Night Cream' - which I initially thought would break me out as it feels like a rich cream, but it didn't, my skin feels great in the morning and you only need a small amount. I also love the UV primer - this is quite liquidly, lightweight, goes on really easily and gives a lovely subtle illumination/ glow - I often wear this without makeup for the glow and spf (but is also great underneath to smooth the skin). I also wanted to mention the 'Oat Milk Oil Cleanser' - this is great for my sensitive skin and leaves it feeling clean but not tight / dry, it gets the job done and is a pleasure to use.
Finally I wanted to mention about the brilliant customer service that I have received - I reached out to ask some questions about some of their products and Johanna and the team could not have been more helpful and supportive, thank you so much for all your help!
