I have ordered multiple sets from this company and have never been disappointed. They ship quickly, they are reliable and they sell a quality product. I will continue to do business with them and have no doubts that I will continue to be pleased.

I have ordered and paid 2 products )buildings) in December. I received the first product almost 3 weeks later, much later then promised via the website. The box of the delivered building is damaged, no wonder considering the way it was wrapped. The second order still has not arrived but has already been paid! They say it is out of stock after i informed when my order was going to be delivered. But they didn't say this when i ordered it, they should havetold me. And still no estimation when the second order arrives, no pro-active information.... i am very disappointed!

All received in good order. Package got lost but all good in the end.

If they're customer service was better and showed that they care when a mistake is made i give em a good review cause they have a great product and good pricing and could dethroned Lego at this point if I could find a company with the same quality prices and product but better service i give them my $ instead cause Lumibricks customer service SUCKS

First time buying Lumibricks and direct from their site, so I had some anxiety about the whole process. Boxes took a little longer because I ordered them close to Christmas. But all 3 arrived in perfect condition.
Haven't built them yet, so not sure how well the lights work. But not worried.
High quality boxes, great graphics, well packaged and solid instructions. Full confidence that they will turn out as advertised.

Quick customer support, especially during the busy holiday season with shipping delays.

Fantastic company super fast delivery, highly recommended

Order was split into 3 different shipments with very little info on tracking. The last box of 2 sets was held for 2 days in the next town over from us with no explanation. When I emailed lumibricks to alert them of the issue they sent bac k a reply saying I had somehow informed fedex to hold my packages. No apology, no sympathy, just that it was my fault even though I don't have any way to contact fed ex directly. Horrible customer service after we have purchased no less than 20 sets this year. I wish their customer service matched the quality of their sets. I will only be ordering through Amazon moving forward as they have been extremely reliable on quick delivery and notifications. I wanted to support the company directly because I know amazon takes a percentage, but that was clearly a bad idea as lumibricks seems to not have the infrastructure for direct fulfillment. Such a disappointment.

OUTSTANDING delivery !!!! Slways service as promised!!

I received the set, but the shipping was not up to standard. I bought a set to complete my Christmas decorations, and it was delivered in a plastic bag. There was no protection for the box, which arrived with holes in the top and bottom.

I contacted customer service, who offered me a €3 discount, which I am still waiting for.

Please improve your shipping, as boxes are important for some users.

It was delivered on time, great packaging, excellent detail easy to follow instructions, its kinda hard to fault anything besides the website was a bit clunky and the prices are a tad high. Though I would buy more kits for sure. Lego needs to pick up its game now.

Ordered an item over a month ago. Never received shipping or tracking information.
When I reached out they never replied so I filed a dispute with PayPal.
Suddenly they answer and say the item is out of stock, they dont have an eta and will give me a discount code for future purchases. When I ask for a refund they claim they will only send a refund if I remove the dispute....which means I have to trust they will refund me. They never replied when I reached out and kept my money. Filing the dispute was the only thing that made them reach out.

Oh, and all their emails were poor AI prompts. They didn't even bother to change things like the name. See below:

I ordered a brick set from the Lumibricks webpage. I requested to cancel the order 1 hour after I placed it. The FAQs say they will cancel as long as the package has not been shipped. Customer service waited until after the package was ready for shipping before replying to my request, thus making it impossible to cancel. They deliberately waited until I could not cancel to reply, which was of no help by then. I will not buy from them again.

1-day Delivery
Ordered the Gelato Store on Sunday and got the delivery on Monday afternoon. Super nice build!
