Placed an order and still not received. No email of update with shipping.
Their website is very misleading as it definitely isn't same day dispatch!
I also emailed them which their website states they aim to respond to all emails within the same day and are 'always active on emails during work hours'. Definitely not true as sent 2 emails and used their chat on the website. Absolutely no response!
I will be taking legal action as they have scammed and taken my money with no product. Very disappointed.

Impression kit came the next day instructions super easy to follow sent it of the next day and retainer came in around a weeks time and perfect fit! 100% use again.
