Scam. Took money. Didn't deliver product. Website disappeared. No refund or communication. Avoid.

I ordered a string from a Facebook advertisement on 8th of August and was advised by company it would arrive in 5 days, more than 8 weeks later it still has not arrived. I’ve contacted them several times by email and they replied a couple of times assuring me it would come, now they don’t answer at all. I tried through Shopify to get resolution but no use so I have no lights and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS 🤬🤬

A scam, took the payment and never received the lights. Dissapointed as I am usually good at spotting scammers. Had to do a chargeback with my creditcard

Total scam avoid at all costs. Will take your money and not send lights to you. I should have checked reviews before ordering but I didn’t 😞

Scam!!! Took my money quickly but no order arrived, left msg’s but no reply!!!

It’s a scam; you’ll receive an order confirmation telling you delivery 5-12 days. No tracking details. After 12 days you can email or try to contact via website but no response. It’s all fake. Currently trying to charge back through credit card. Awful people - avoid!

scam! took money, offered no tracking and then all contact email addresses bounce. avoid avoid avoid

Never got them. Had to ask for a refund because they never replied to my message, after a whole month without tracking info.

I too have been scammed. First and last time that I’ll buy anything when scrolling online! Especially from these thieving ba”##@rds

I tried to contact the company regarding tracking number and time of delivery. The email bounced back and it is impossible to get in contact. Money withdrawn immediately though. Webpage looks professional... but I just have to bite the bullet and acknowledge that I've been scammed.
I had my hopes up high until I read the other reviews just now :-(

Scam - email I sent to find out what was going on with my order has bounced back. Don’t order from them!

This company does not respond to e mails. It does not give tracking information it just takes your money. Have looked at other “customers” on Facebook who echo the same ! Please report as scam. Shall seek refund. Avoid this site!
