Customer service and quality that would be expected with the exclusive location and overall impression. However the price does not reflect the service and quality you get. Lumi by far offers the most value for money without compromising service and quality. I can highly recommend to pay Luiz a visit.

Had a really great experience getting a haircut at Lumi Hair & Barber! Luiz is a great guy, attentive to detail and I really felt he's taking a good care of me. It was a nice touch to had him draw you, your hair and write down/draw and explain what he's going to do. Definitely one of the best (if not the best) experience I had getting a haircut! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience
This is the kind of treatment you are looking for. Luis, the owner is a really nice person and a true professional too. He takes his time and the entire treatment feels more like an experience than a haircut. And afterwards you feel like a million dollars. This is no doubt my barber of choice in Copenhagen.

Brilliant
I cut my hair at Luis's yesterday and the whole experience was amazing. Service was great, I had a nice coffee and later the haircut. Is really hard to find a hairdresser who actually listens to your desires and cuts the hair exactly the way you want it. I can point out that he also draws you on the board so you have a visual idea of how it's going to look like, which is awesome!! Thanks Luis and see you again when my hair grows :)

A great hair cut & and an experience!
This is probably the most original barber shop I've ever been to. Immediately you are welcomed by barber Luiz and the artsy interior of the place.
I appreciate Luiz taking the time to still cut my hair that late in the evening.
Apart from taking his time to provide me with a suitable hair cut, he turned the entire thing into an experience making sketches of my hair and elaborating on what can be changed. I strongly recommend!

Really great first time hair cut
Luiz did a great job and was extremely service minded. He did really well even though it was my first time in the shop. He very much understands styling your hair based on your natural appearance. I was super happy about the hair cut, and the service was extremely good. Definitely coming back!

Extraordinary service and haircut consultancy
