I ordered the Luminance Milano self adjusting foundation. It did not properly adjust to my skin tone , but they provided good follow up and offered a refund. I think this is a newer company - hopefully trying to do better. They proved that with good customer care.

Waiting time for my product was short! I was surprised when I received it!! I love my under eye powder that isn't a concealer! It feels like I lost 10 yrs. Except my extra skin around my eyes are still there. 😩

This product REALLY works!! I have dark circles around my eyes and seriously have tried everything. I’m not an influencer or paid to say this. In fact I rarely even do reviews but I believe this product is awesome.

The eye highlighter is a miracle worker! I also use the green for the small purple areas and set all of it with the setting powder. Got my sister hooked as well...we're both in our 70's and these 3 products help us look instantly refreshed!

It’s a great brightener for around my eyes and feels hydrating on my under eye skin.

Honestly, this is one of the very few items I've purchased online that I feel meets its promise. The formula is light and creamy and goes on with no problems. I instantly look better, lol; more awake and refreshed. It blends easily with my tinted moisturizers so I don't look like a weird raccoon. I totally recommend the product.

I am so disappointed with Luminance Milano. I was not happy with the make up and I asked for my refund. They said I would have to send it all the way back to China on my dime or I can settle for 30% back on my card. When I was not happy with that they offered 50% back on my card. They said their refund policy was in the details when they advertise their product. Buyer beware you will be responsible for the return back to China, which can cost upwards of $20-$30 and that’s if you successful otherwise you need to settle for 30% or 50% whatever you decide, you’ll settle for. Very disappointed and will never order anything from this company again.

So, you can forget about getting your money back with the 30 day money back guarantee. Here's what I found. No matter how I prepped my skin beforehand, this product amplifies any skin imperfections, and settles into pores making them appear both larger and uncovered. I tried it 10+ times with various bases and primers and the results were always the same. Also tried without anything on skin before application, and the results were always the same - brushing, sponging, working with my fingers just trying to get the product worked into my skin and have it covered smoothly. Nothing worked. I've niw just returned the product because of the assured money back guarantee. However since it's at your expense, and the product needs to be returned to CHINA, the cost to do so is $32, for product that cost $50. So if you are willing to try this with the understanding that you are going to kiss $32 goodbye if it doesn't meet your expectations -have at it!

I have sent numerous emails asking how to cancel my subscription? A subscription I did not even sign up for?
I have not heard a word, which means I have to cancel the credit card they took the payment from. Terrible service. I should of checked the reviews. I want to know how my purchase turned into a subscription that I cannot cancel?

I have always had dark circles under my eyes, and over the years have used so many concealer products which have always pulled at my skin. The Luminance Milano light, creamy, and refreshing concealer that you can easily apply with your finger by swirling from the compact case and tapping under your eyes has been my salvation in my aging years! I highly recommend this product and cannot wait to try some of their other lines…ordering online is a day and effortless, and delivery is quick! I have experienced total satisfaction with this product!
