Although I am very frustrated that I didn't receive, nor was able to track my package in the 2 plus weeks after clearing customs, I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received.
They responded in a timely manner and resolved my matter to my satisfaction.

Customer service was quick to respond to my message and easily assisted me with my needs!!

Only been taking Lumine nad for 3weeks so cannot really comment yet on product however my order was short of 2xbtles, Got intouch with customer service and they were brilliant sorted problem out and received the extra order within 2 weeks, I would give 5stars for customer service but early days gor product so only gave 4 stars

I placed an order at the end of may and didn’t receive it. The company has resent it and charged me again without confirming that it was ok to charge me.

I want to say this is an upright good company. If you are not happy with something, they will try to work with you. A rare wonderful company in today’s greedy world!!!

I think there was a misunderstanding on my part about the order. They were very quick to respond and refunded my money. Great customer service.

Opened Facebook onto a conversation about collagen. It was really helpful and I resolved to buy but I wanted to check I had seen all the information, but I couldn't find an original post, just replies.So I clicked on the icon. This person had been asking about collagen and been recommended lumine organics again and again, occasionally asking about another product they happen to make. And ah, there, it says sponsored. But you had to really go digging to find that. I looked at the other converses; not genuine either. I felt sickened at such a sneaky surreptitious manipulation. I don't know about the product but I don't trust them at all.

I found it necessary to contact customer service. Falph was the representative and he was wonderful. He was quick in responding and replying to my emails. He 100% resolved my issue. Thank you.

I very rarely do reviews but just had to because I’ve had remarkable results, I’ve been taking aged garlic extracts for 2 months and I’ve been able to come off one of my blood pressure tablets that I’ve taken for 8 yrs and my doctor has said keep on taking the garlic and you may get off another one.

Do not be SCAMMED!!! They advertise you will receive 80 days of collagen tabs. You will only receive 30 daysI have contacted them and asked for remaining order and to point out their VERY misleading information on the website and they have suddenly gone silent. I wish Id read other peoples reviews before I wasted my money. AVOID!!!!!!!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!! Wild that even on this app, about app credibility, that there are enough bots in these reviews to skew it to appear as if you can trust this site. I got drawn in by the advertising and too good to be true ingredients, effectiveness. Ordered 3 bottles. Never heard from them since. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service and haven’t ever heard back. The number provided is always busy, get ahold of no one. Tracking number leads you no where. The scammers these days are getting good with fake pictures, addresses, and numbers to seem authentic. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Never arrived ordered over 3 weeks ago. Tracking didn’t update no reply from customer service. Issued charge back from my bank. Absolute scam.

Ordered on June 3rd, heard absolutely nothing since. It’s tracked with Shop but not a single update other than ‘order received’. They reel you in with fake Facebook posts full of comments raving about the products but they’re bots - all the same format. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered on 27 May (UK). Still not received order and replacement not yet sent despite me contacting customer services four times. They respond fairly quickly to emails but haven’t actually actioned anything. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying the product. Now I am just £30 out of pocket and still have the same colour teeth 😢

Just purchased three bottles hopefully this will help me. Didn't want to reorder till I found the results out. Contacted Customer Services they rectified so I wasn't on a repeat order. Hope the tablets are as good as the Customer Service thanks x

Customer Service fulfilled my request to pause my prescription of tooth-whitening product. Since I ordered three of them, I don't need them every month. Good job.
