Amazing underglow

By far the best customer service I've had from any company. Very quick and helpful responses. Resolved any issues I had very quickly and went out of their way to provide an amazing service.

I ordered the basic underglow kit and ambient interior lighting. Due to an issue with the basic kit, they sent me a Pro kit in place and received everything 2ish weeks after ordering.
Has an issue with the underglow receiver box where it wouldn't connect to the app or phone and they sorted it very quickly by sending out a new receiver and as the light strip for the rear was too long, ended up sending out a shorter one to I could complete the setup.

The packaging everything came in was very nice and generally has a nice appearance when it turns up.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ordered the Pro Series kit, 1 week later it was delivered in a good looking package all nicely put together. This kit is outstanding! I've been stood outside in freezing conditions just to look at all the different patterns and colours!

the best small business i have had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with. This team work hard to make their product the very best. Using WLED technology and custom made control boxes with Modular underglow arrays for every side of the car. I cannot begin to explain how good my car looks with these neons and how i now cannot live without them. While i did have some initial errors with the first time shipping this was swiftly rectified by luminescence team and i now have had this kit working for 3 months WITHOUT FAIL

My colleagues and friends now refer to me as the neons guy and always enjoy the bright glow my car gives off. This kit really transforms a car and always turns heads. I recently brought an under glow kit for my car and I have to say build quality is on point. Everything about this kit screams excellent quality 100% recommend these guys. You can’t go wrong buying from them.

Hands down the best underglow kit I've seen. The quality of the parts are great, super easy to install and the projection is out of this world. Really great concept to use WiFi rather than Bluetooth to control the lights so gives an added peace of mind that you are the only one who can change the settings.

Luminescence hands down the best underglow in the UK. My order took about 2 weeks to be shipped as they make their kits in-house. Delivery was quick, tracking too! Since I put it on the car I’ve had many people come up to me and complement the underglow and how bright it is! Honestly money well spent!
