Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service

The clothes received did not feel like linen as advertised, heavily painted on and all smudged. Nothing looked like as advertised. Returning is difficult as my email and order number are not recognised on their return portal. The company is not supporting with returning and offer a voucher to use on their website instead. Sizing - all the items I purchased are too short even though I used their sizing chart. It is better to buy from primark instead - at least you will get something wearable for much cheaper.

If I could zero I would

If I could zero I would, I got joggers that were really bad fitting and too small for my usual size and shrunk in the wash and also left threads everywhere and then the pocket seams broke too the second time wearing them

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. Quite literally ripped apart at the seam in 3 places as soon as I tried them on. Stitching all over the place. Cheap fabric looks thrown together by someone who lacks the command of opposable thumbs. Really disappointed. Let's not talk about the 3-4 weeks delivery. AVOID!

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. Quality not as advertised. Temu for clothes essentially. Also refuses refunds stating admin fees for returning the item to the warehouse, even when it's damaged or not as advertise. Avoid at all costs.

This is definitely a scam company

This is definitely a scam company. The clothes you’ll receive (3weeks later) are of the poorest quality and not as advertised. Also forget a refund, you’ll be batted from pillar to post while being lied to and gaslit only to NOT be refunded at all. Save yourself the bother and the mental stress.

Scam company sells rubbish clothes from…

Scam company sells rubbish clothes from China which they do not advertise ! Took 3 weeks for the coat to arrive and was poor quality. Return policy is a scam you have to e mail and they never answer and to make it worse you have to return to China which you have to pay. AVOID at all cost

Items damaged

The order took 3+ weeks to arrive which isn't the problem, but when I opened the plastic, 2 buttons flew off the windbreaker and the jumper which looks great in the pictures is clearly made of low quality fabric.

All items come from China

All items come from China, poor quality, long delivery times, "closing down sale" clearly just a marketing stunt to make sales. Suspect the sale price was just the normal price with a fake full price on the website. Would not have bought if I knew the company wasn't based in Leeds and was just a middle man for Chinese products.

BE VERY CAREFUL AND AVOID

BE VERY CAREFUL AND AVOID
On line this seemed to be a shop closing down, selling well known makes and selling them off cheaply. In fact it turned out to be a website based in China. The goods were of very bad quality, none with a label, when I asked for a refund I was offered being able to keep the goods and 7.5% of my money back. In the terms and conditions (all small print which I should have read) they point out that under UK law there is no right to refund for sale goods - everything was sale goods! They also point out that the shipping to China to send back goods would be £25. In the end I negotiated a 50% refund and kept the goods, which I will give to a charity shop. I feel cross with myself to have fallen for this, don't do the same!!

Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs

Absolute scammers. Falsely advertising what looks to be quality products but what arrived was cheap and nasty products, nothing like advertised. These were obviously never the full prices that they were 'originally' marked up for. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Tried to contact to arrange a return and no response. Really angry that these people get away with it. Originally saw the ad through Facebook. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers

Scammers. Shoes take an age to arrive, clearly coming from China or similar. Quality is very poor - supposedly marked down from £50 - more like a car boot buy. I doubt they will last more than a couple of wears if that. Similar site showing the exact same product Blake-London.com Looks to me like an organised scam.

Terrible

Terrible.
Don't be a click n buy victim.
PayPal got my refund fast. Phew.
The boots delivered were nothing like the photo and also the incorrect size. PayPal pushed my refund through.
Otherwise it would have taken a while I think.
