Quality products and a great team
I purchased a Noxgear 39g portable speaker for my daughter. Initially I panicked that the product would not arrive by her birthday, but later I calmed down. I received the product in 2 days via DHL and I was amazed by the quality of this small speaker. As a result, I ordered another speaker... for me...you will be amazed by the quality of this device...!!!

The best customer service
I’d ordered a new set of lights from Luminous. When they showed up I had issues with the battery/light seemingly not working. Using WhatsApp I was able easily communicate with the staff at Luminous. They quickly sent out a warranty replacement battery. Once this arrived I had the same issue, went back to them again. After sending a few more videos to illustrate the problem they got in touch with Gloworm directly and had an answer back in a day. I hadn’t pushed the cables in tight enough. Both batteries were in fact fine. Luminous said to keep the 2nd battery as a spare. Can’t fault them at all and would recommend them to all. Plus the lights are brilliant.

Excellent service, fast delivery
Excellent service from the team at Luminous. Super fast delivery (I received product the day after placing the order - despite it having to travel from Greece to Ireland).
There was a small issue with the product I ordered but the team were very quick to rectify and sent me a replacement unit with the same fast service.
I would happily purchase from Luminous again in the future.
