Don´t by these watches. I bought my product in Europe, but want to share my experience with the quality of the watch with the US market.

I got a Luminox 8802 Black Opsas a gift from my wife and already within the two years warranty the clockwork had to be changed. Also within the first two years the rubber strap was broken and not covered by warranty. The replacement strap the repair center offered for a very expensive price wasn't even the exact same as the original.
After 3,5 years the crown and movement had to be replaced after an impact on the crown.
I only use the watch in my daily life in an office, so if this watch is really used by special forces, I would really expect it to be more durable.
Besides that, customer service from Luminox Europe is none existing. I filled out two contact forms and wrote one e-mail, and no answers after 2 weeks. I guess they don't answer any contacts that questions the durability of the product.

This was my first Luminox watch and i purchased the 3050 from a retailer on Amazon. Very excited to get it as i like the line. it was delivered brand new with the warranty card and the original box. I have worn it six times and it fogs up if it is around water or hot outside. The last time i wore it i tried to set the date and the crown stem broke. I sent it in to be repaired under warranty and they are telling me they will not stand behind their product because it was not bought from one of their retailers even know it is "product". They want $130 to fix a $200 dollar watch. Very disappointed in their quality and customer service. I sent Seiko in for warranty work and they fixed it no questions asked and they didn't care who i bought it from. They just honored their warranty.....

I write this review more in regard to Ian C. of Luminox customer service than of the watch itself.
I have 2 Luminox quartz watches and have had no issues with them at all. I really like the design and quality. Recently I decided to buy a Luminox Deep Dive Automatic. The first watch looked beautiful and ran smoothly but after 2 weeks the date hung up between 2 numbers. Ian processed a prepaid return and another watch was sent, but this watch had a minor defect in the alignment of the 12 o`clock marker on the dive bezel. I was disappointed but again Ian processed a prepaid return and I sent the watch back for exchange. The third watch came and this one did not run at all! Needless to say I was getting extremely frustrated but after informing Ian that the may have a bad run of this model watch, he apologized on behalf of Luminox. Ian then worked with a manager to select one more watch and carefully inspect it before shipping it to me. This fourth watch looks and runs perfectly so far.
I do believe that there was a quality control issue with this model watch, but I was impressed with the courteous and professional service provided by Ian. True...a bit of an ordeal but I am happy that Ian at Luminox customer service remained committed to me as the customer and got me the quality watch that I initially paid for with prompt attention and great customer service.

I ordered the Commando Frogman - 3301 watch on December 23, 2019. It was shipped via UPS. I followed the tracking daily. On one such day, I checked the tracking and the status was marked “Delivered”; however, it evidently was not delivered to my address. I contacted Lumondi to report the missing shipment. I also contacted UPS and initiated a claim. Ian C. from Lumondi responded to me and maintained contact with me over the next several days / weeks. Lumondi sent me a replacement order and I received it on 1/25/2020. I had to wait a good bit longer than the typical order turnaround time, but in the end ... Ian C. and Lumondi did the right thing. I am have been in sales over 30 years. One of the “Golden Rules” that has withstood the sands of time is this .. “Take care of the customer and everything else will take care of itself.” Everything else includes commissions, repeat business, good reputation, referrals ... and the list goes on and on. Ian C. and Lumondi took care of me and I will definitely be returning to purchase more watches in the future!

So disappointed. I bought the “special edition 1618” gold edition. $700 When I received it, I open the box and took it out and it felt like the cheapest watch that I’ve ever owned. I literally took it off, put it back in the box and shipped it back to a place called Lumondi?? which I have never heard of. I am in the returns process now and this Lumondi place said it will take at least 30 business days to process my return. What a crock. Cheap product and very bad customer service from Lumondi which is supposedly an authorized Luminox dealer. Buy a Casio G-Shock instead. That’s what the real Seals wear.

I have owned two Luminox watches. I will never purchase another Luminox watch. The gas tubes and the mineral crystal were exceptional and that was it. The rubber watch bands deteriorate quickly so I purchased the nylon hook and loop band for both watches. My first watch kept time well enough, but moisture entered the case after a year or so. Instead of shipping it to Rhode Island for repairs I purchased another Luminox watch hoping this was an anomaly. While this watch had no problem with moisture after about two years it slowed and fell behind 30 minutes in a two week period. This occurred again after two battery changes. Timex and Casio watches are significantly more rugged and affordable. Luminox is the least rugged and poorest quality watch I have ever owned and the fact that the only authorized repair facility requires shipping and a minimum $75 service fee ensures I will never purchase a Luminox watch ever again. I really wanted to like this watch and am very disappointed in its dismal performance.

Terrible, $700 watch and the second dial doesn't hit the ticks. Been to the factory twice ! Just got it back..... Guess what ....... Not fixed. I'll never buy another. Sent it back to a paying customer and said "the seconds marks are wrong" are you serious !!!!! I'm done after that

This is the fourth Luminox that I have purchased. I've had one 0301 series. I have had trouble with it. To be fair, I bought it on Amazon, so I'm not completely sure it was legitimate Luminox. It died prematurely, likely to abuse and hard use. My next one was a 3501 BO. This one would fog up after in water use and I was not sure it was watertight. I know the brochure states they can do that. One day, it stopped. I sent it to your repair facility at Saltsmans and they said it had a broken gear. Really? Sounds like cheap parts. Again, bought through Amazon, so not sure it was legitimate. The Seal insignia was not raised as it is on the new one I bought through the Luminox website. This one eventually died in a bicycle accident I had this year. Crystal was shattered, but hey, it was still working. Insurance bought me a new one. As I just stated, I bought a new one through the Luminox website. I also bought a 3258 L. Likely through Amazon, it did also have the raised insignia on the back. Love the look and the weight and size!! My dress watch. I am hopeful my new BO will stand up to by use. I'm a professional firefighter Captain and it is my daily driver!! Thanks.

Easy and efficient start to finish.

Excellent brand in every way.

The watch is exactly what I was looking for. Just received it so haven't check it out in the water yet. Plan to do that this weekend surfing the waves from hurricane.

Watch came as expected and was delivered in a timely fashion.

Had 2 issues with watch within 1.5 years, 2nd one luminox wants 150.00 to repair,
There advertising pushes that these are military grade and durable that is far from the truth, so far in fact that they dont even warranty for any damage to the outside of the watch, you would think if they were so durable that they would stand behind them, have several other watches and have never had the issues i have with luminox,
When you get down to it they are exactly what they look like, cheap pieces of plastic, dont fall for the hype and overpay for their watches.

Easy to use and choose. Need to improve filter and collections to narrow down watch styles.

Unfortunately I just returned the watch. I thought the quality of it was very poor for the amount of money that was charged.

Great company. Bought the Navy Seal 3502 and it exceeds my expectations. Great website with easy ordering and delivery.

The website is very user friendly, and I appreciated the email updates for tracking purposes. The packaging was very discrete so as not to blow the birthday surprise.
I am very satisfied.
