The watch would fog up if it was cold outside, and I ook it from a warm to a cold environment. They fixed it, but it still fogged up. For a $300 watch it should have had a screw down crown. I never did trust it enough to wear it swimming.

Nice watch, but... the numbers and markings wear off on the carbon fiber bezel. Every time I send my watch in for a battery change, I have to pay to have the bezel replaced. This is unacceptable! Luminox should offer more dive watches with a STAINLESS STEEL bezel!!! I would gladly spend extra $$$ for a Luminox dive watch with a STAINLESS STELL bezel!!

Love my Luminox Seal watch with blue face and Velcro band. I went through 5 deployments in the Middle East flawlessly. Did replace the Velcro band after 5 years. I’m at 12 years and illumination of watch face is still very bright at night.
Highly recommend.

I bought two Luminox Watches, and both were a very bad quality. And the dealer in USA Saltzman Watches, never accept my claim to change the watches or repair

Other than needing batteries periodically, a few pins for the band, and finally, a movement (at yr 15) after I dropped it several times, my Luminox is going strong after nearly 18 years of abuse. My only complaint is that the tritium cells are losing their luminosity and Luminox does not replace them. They also stopped manufacturing the o-ring kit for my model, so no guarantee it will be free from leaks - so far, no problems there and it sees a lot of water time. Irrespective of the couple of shortcomings in the service department, If I'm still alive when this one finally decides to go, I'll buy another.

One year and stem started to not move. Sent to Luminox for repair. Would not repair said my only choice was to replace the works for about what I played for watch. Found local watch maker he repaired for $50.00. Got 1 1/2 years more the out of watch before it totaly stopped working. Bought a Casio, still ticking.

Imagery in promotional emails does not match products on the Luminox website. Multiple attempts to reach out to Lumi USA customer service have gone unanswered. Poor poor Poor!

Best watch ever to wear when sleeping...you can actually see what time it is when you wake up throughout the night!

Not happy had to buy a new watch after just a year! Watch was penetrated by water sent it back to the authorize dealer to be fixed never work right after occasionally just stopping. I find it hard to believe these are issued to SEAL teams. I bought a really great watch for a better price from SCURFA and I couldn’t be happier if I’d been given a Rolex! My brother bought a luminox after I bought mine and he is afraid to get it wet hahaha! Also I was of course unhappy with the customer service and their matter of fact blah blah blah you will get your watch back in a couple of months blah blah after we decide what’s wrong

I have 2 and I love them. I wear them all day to work and everywhere and they are indestructible. I will buy another one.

When my Luminox watch started having issues, the company had me send it to an authorized dealer. That cost me almost the retail price to repair it! Bad customer service and I really thought that they were a legitimate company.

Have had the watch totally rebuilt once. Rubber Watch Bands do not hold up especially the Band that secures excess watch band

The watch was great for a couple of weeks and then the hand fell off...

Love the watches, my only complaint is that the rubber straps do not last that long with daily wear

I would give zero if I could. The watch fell apart and when I sent it in for service I was denied because I had no receipt to activate the warranty card. The watch was a gift so there was no receipt. I called everyone trying to get it fixed and was told that Amazon sales were killing Luminox's brand. I would say it's poor quality that is killing it. I had to replace the band at one year and then shortly thereafter the watch stopped working. Extremely dissatisfied. The watch currently sits at the authorized repair shop and I could care less. Already bought a G-Shock as a replacement. I'm just a regular Joe in the Air Force, but these watches are designed and manufactured for Navy SEALs? Give me a break.

I have had a terrible experience and will not order anything further from your company. I had ordered a watch and needed to know when it was going to be sent. I had no way of contacting you except though email and I never received a response. Since I needed the watch before Christmas and your company was unresponsive to my emails and you do not have a phone number listed, I gave up trying and figured I had given my credit card number to a shady organization and was never going to receive what I ordered. I have been monitoring my account since placing the order to make sure I did not get charged for something I had not received.
I ended up ordering the watch from Zak Watch in Lucerne, Switzerland and received it in 4 days (before Christmas) and they got it from the Luminox warehouse!
Recently I received an email from you stating my order was being shipped and was still not able to contact anyone to cancel the order.
Customer Service is not a strong suit for your company. The lack of contact information and only being able to email customer service is ridicules since you don't even respond to the emails you do receive. From here on out I will order my Luminox watches from Switzerland.

The only thing I don’t like about this watch is that I did not buy one sooner.
