They forced you to continue paying the subscription fee even though I wrote them emails telling them I don't want to renew it before the expiration. Their excuse is that you didn't cancel it at least 60 days in advance. Which software company requires that? I definitely did not agree to that term. It is an extremely unethical practice.

This company threatens you to continue your subscription with a “collections” threat. If you tell them you do not want to continue your subscription, they threaten you with a negative credit report. Subscriptions do not work this way. Just go with MaxQDA or atlas.ti instead.

This company takes your money without permission. I have used nvivo product for a few years as a student. Each time I needed to renew the licence I had to input all the information to renew as a student and there was no facility to auto renew as it was there practice to check you was still eligible for the student licence. Now I'm not a student and have no access to university accounts Lumivero (Nvivo) have managed to charge my card at student rates even though those links to university no longer exist. There own terms state they they don't auto renew student account yet they have still charged me. This in my opinion is theft. As no authorisation has been given.
So I definitely would be wary of how you pay this company.

Quick update.
They did contact me directly. A bit sad I had to write this in public, but they did well after so it is fair to highlight it.

I bought one annual licence for NVivo, apparently when you do so you consent to an auto renewal (I still find no evidence of this anywhere - not on my invoices or even on their very detailed terms and conditions that you have to mine the internet for). Apparently they sent emails re the renewal which I missed and so I got charged for another year because I didn't give 30 days notice for a service I only needed once and had no intention of purchasing again and no knowledge that I was signing up for into perpetuity. I find this to be very dubious, dishonest and unethical business practice.

The website is difficult to navigate and answers to quesions cannot be found. The company does not respond to requests for information. It says 'talk to an expert' but no-one replies when you fill in the form. This experience leaves me considering to move to alternative software with better customer support.

This is a copycat of CocoBeauty. If people aren't getting any version of the products then the whole company is an intentional fraud.

I ordered some items dr melaxin products its a fake. Im not satisfied for the product I emailed them but no reply at all. I found out this is copycat seller sites theybare not the original Dr Melaxin. No wonder the products is fake. Please help me to get my.money back

Lumivero customer support is the absolutely useless
in a space of a year they have managed to deal with one call, the other calls where just closed with no communication nor reason why they were closed.

From an IT side, there product has zero support for managing the product on a corporate level.
Students submit more Nvivo support request than any other products we provide them, all we can do is point them to Lumivero knowing there will be little to no support.

Worst programme tu be used for coding!!!

not only oyu need to pay for it, but plus you cannot export codes from a Mac... what are they here for?? A joke

This review is regarding their nVivo product only and about the onboarding process. Does not reflect the features and functionality.

Very user unfriendly. Everything is optimized around pushing you to buy the license and very difficult to navigate around their interface to start the 15-day free trial. Once you download the desktop app, you would get an error saying without much explanation. Turns out, you need to navigate to the website, find the Free Trials section and start the process from there, then create a new account (if you have one, it may not work with it, so you'll need a new one) and even after you activate the new one, you may still get an error and you just need to wait and try later. But there is absolutely no way of knowing this and it takes a lot of googling and troubleshooting.

Feels like they don't want much free test drives and you'll just need to buy the license.

Again, if I get in and get to use the actual product, I'll update this review.
