The Last Minute Cancelation!
Everybody (spoke to 4) sounded professional and efficient. However, they cancelled the transfer in the last minute, which caused a delay of one and a half days. It was a painful loss.
In addition, the exchange rate was less than that of the high-street banks, but more than that of the counterparts. I saved €270, ironically, thanks to the cancellation.

I found them generally professional but…
I found them generally professional but not sufficiently attentive to time when it mattered - not calling back same day as expected/promised or responding urgently the following morning to e-mail.
Then specifically saying "Well, we've missed the midday deadline now" at 13:25 and this being the first I heard about it.. was EXTREMELY aggravating.
