Avoid this company

They sent my order to the wrong address. They have yet to reship or refund me. Unable to get help from the courier service as I do not know what address they shipped to but it’s not mine. They have a generic auto response to all emails and don’t actually read or respond to customers. They are not a company I would ever suggest using. No way to contact an actual person and they are just a terrible company who will take your money and not deliver

If I could give this Zero stars I…

If I could give this Zero stars I would! This site is a scam. Provided me with a tracking number for a parcel that was not addressed to me or my address. Refused to provide a refund as product had been "delivered" even after I provided them with the evidence from the courier that this was not my parcel.

Scam/Fraud Beware

Scam/Fraud
If I could give a zero stars rating that is what would get. This company is total scam. Ordered product, got a confirmation number and fake link for tracking the shipment. The tracking number worked at first and then it stopped.
When you click on this link it says
error is says Not Found.
When I emailed my concerns get an AI generated response. Cannot get hold of a human and I am sure will not get a refund. I have started an investigation with my bank and hopefully if anyone else goes to this site and uses their card it will show up as fraud. Stay clear.

We also cover free shipping ourselves, and it costs us about $20 out of pocket per order.
Right now we operate on very thin margins as a growing brand focused on long-term awareness and customer trust, not big markups.
Our product has had unusually high demand lately, so fulfillment and support queues are currently backlogged.
If an order has already shipped or is a carrier delivery issue, we can’t absorb refund losses for that as a small business.
Once a parcel is with the shipping carrier, they control transit scans and final delivery.
For lost or missing shipments, the receiver must open the carrier claim first, and we’ll provide any shipment documents you need right away.

Order placed but item not received

Order placed but item not received. Call carrier to check and was told it was delivered, but to a different address that i had provided.

Contacted the customer support. Was told that they can change the shipping address if it had not been delivered. If it had been delivered, I have to contact the receiver to ask receiver to send to me directly.

This is unheard of in the market. Asking customer to resolve the mistake made by a seller.

Had asked for a refund. Doubt that they will process the refund. Literally a scam company.

The website is an absolute fraud

The website is an absolute fraud, when the deliver say it is delivered. The package is being send somewhere else that isn’t my home according in the fedex. I contacted their email and they send a continuous rows of ai-like generated response instead of getting my questions answered.

This company is a SCAM

I did not receive the items and they are not taking responsibility.
They will provide you a FedEx tracking number and when you try to file a claim with FedEx, the address doesn't match and so the claim cannot be filed.
When you contact them, they will give you some AI generated answers WITHOUT the previous email threads making it very hard to follow up.
I have lodged a police report and disputed the charge on my card.

The only customer support is AI…

The only customer support is AI generated that goes around in circles

They provided my with the incorrect tracking number and my parcel was lost. Just wasted money cause I can’t even speak with anyone from this dodgy company.

Total SCAM company

Total SCAM company, they charge your credit card, give you a fake tracking number, you get a message saying the package has been delivered when it hasn’t, when you email them to say you did not receive anything they then tell you to follow up with FedEx, who in turn tells you that the tracking number does not match your name or address so they cannot open a file claim and that you have to contact the seller!!
I have posted multiple comments on their Instagram posts calling them out on this and they keep deleting them. I believe this is an AI generated business whose sole purpose is to scam people by charging for fake orders and delivering nothing . I have initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and do not fall into this trap. I wish I had done my due diligence before ordering.

Order says shipped

Order says shipped, but I did not receive the package. I can’t track via Fedex because it shows incorrect address but in the receipt it shows that I have placed the address correctly. This company might be a scam. Beware!

Lost package No Help

I ordered and received a tracking no. For FedEx - it says it delivered it today, which it did not. I can’t create a case with FedEx because of an incorrect address. Lumuwala needs to contact FedEx and see what happened, They don’t seem to be understanding that there is nothing I can do on my end to resolve this. At this point I would not recommend ordering from them unless they sort out their customer support issue.
