I've been using it for 3 months and I dont see any results

Do not purchase from this website. The company is a drop shipping scam. They will refuse refund, not answer emails, and if you do get your product, it will be a cheap fake IPL that doesn't work!

This is a scam dropshipping company! Please, be aware! Don't buy this product!

I got a product that was broken , so did not work and after a lot of mailing I did not get a refund or product change nothing , 1 mail back did I get that I wil get an answer within 48 ours and that did not come
Product is garbage, do not get is , save your money for something that works !!!!

read policy refund first ! no refund on promotional products or comestic's product...
the red light is very strong and I'm not ok to use the product despite the sunglasses (which I guess proection is not so good)

Product itself is a very cheap plastic device. It does not work without being plugged, which was not mentioned in website. Also, you have to guesstimate in which intense you should use the light. It does not contain instructions in English, only in French, even though they ship outside France. They have 100 days return policy but only if you return the product in closed /original packaging. So I am stuck with it even though it's crap!

Never received my product. Or a refund. Or even a reply to my emails. It’s a scam for sure

First of all, it's not working. Second, if you want to return your order, you will pay a return fee. They will never send you the return slip, so you won't be able to send it back. I will definitely take legal actions

For thé moment it seems good as I have only started using it let you know more in a few weeks but it is very easy to use

These are real scammers. They send you some kind of cheap dropshipping item which you can buy for 15 euros or less on AliExpress. They do not answer your mails. And I've read from others that when you try to return the item to them they just don't pick up the retour so that it comes back to you and you paid the retour expenses for nothing. Or they just don't reimburse you.

They send me a non-working product that honestly felt like a plastic shell. It's impossible to contact the company and send it back/get a refund. Watch out, it's definitely a scam.

Weeks of lightning and no results, bought it last october, so disappointed. And now hair looks even more visible after so many weeks shaving to use luminolody:(

This a bad product. I’m trying to send it back but I fear that I’m scammed.

[English bellow] Cet été j'ai commandé un bloomy. J'ai récemment demandé à faire valoir mon droit de rétraction (les 100 jours ne sont pas encore passés). J'ai envoyé un premier mail le 6 novembre, un second le 11 novembre et j'ai essayé de les contacter par chat le 13 novembre. Nous sommes le 15 novembre au soir et je n'ai toujours aucune réponse.
Elle est belle la promesse de réponse dans les 48h... Étrangement lors de mon achat ils étaient beaucoup plus réactif pour répondre à mes questions.
Que ce passe-t-il? Essayent ils de jouer la montre? Peut-être qu'ils attendent que la période de mon droit de rétraction soit terminée

I've order the bloomy this summer. I've try it a couple of week and it doesn't work for me (I have white skin with red hair).
Monday I've send a mail to bloomy for witdraw my order. I didn't jave any answer. I've also tried to ask them by the chat, same thing: no response.
Wat's appening? Maybe they waiting for the end of the witdraw timing?

I see little bit of a difference but not as much as I hoped. The guidelines are very very minimal and only about the device but nothing about how to use it (how often, with how much power). Lastly, as soon as you use it for more than 5-10 minutes, it starts overheating which is pretty annoying when you do your legs for example you have to do small pauses.
