SCAM - appalling quality dress, tried to return and no response on email. Avoid!

Please avoid this company at all costs. I’m now having to go through court proceedings to get my money back. The ‘dress’ I ordered was just a piece of material with a zip haphazardly sewn in. When I emailed them they said they don’t do returns (even though they say they do on the website), I insisted so they said for me to send the parcel back and they would refund me the purchase price and postage fee, the parcel then came back to me as it was not able to be delivered (I believe they’ve used a fake address) and when I queried this with them they went back to saying they don’t do refunds! Their phone number is also fake as you can’t get through to anyone. They’re now not replying to my emails. Please please please avoid.

I have taken this company to a small claims court. The ‘dress’ I ordered was not a dress but a piece of crap material stitched in an awful way.
Cutomer service is crap. Little response but when they did told me I couldn’t return as I’d opened the package!!! Absolutely dreadful. I have taken them to a small claims court. Website has since been shut down!

If I could do zero stars I would.
Was supposed to be delivered 5-7 days 10 days it took to arrive.
Arrived in a packing bag of Amazon
The dress quality appalling looked like it was half made. Seems hanging off everything would get a better dress of SHEIN!!! had corresponded with them they wanted to give me discount of my next order told them I wouldn’t be ordering again the dress is unwearable that I want to return got told to return and send the delivery receipt and that I would get a refund. However 2 months on still no refund or correspondence from them ignoring all emails I have sent absolute disgrace of a company!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I want leave no stars but I have to give one. Awful dress. No return option even available. An absolute con.

Save yourself time and report the transaction to the bank as fraudulent. I sent my bank the email transactions with Luna Cooper and they will dispute it directly with the retailer. You may not get all your money back, but at least the financial institution have this company blacklisted.

If I could give negative stars I would. Luna Cooper eventually agreed to my return, they advised the returns address and asked if I could send them tracking information. I paid £8.95 special delivery, I emailed them the tracking information & I have just received the item back from Royal Mail - its been returned back to me as they "refused" delivery - Wow Its safe to say I am completely speechless I have no idea how these people sleep at night.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Quality of the products are very poor and customer service team are awful. Website states they accept returns, however when requesting a return, they say they don’t accept them, despite items being faulty or poor quality. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother wasting your money unless your happy to and up with items you can’t return, too small and will end up with different colours to what’s advertised!!

Order 21/5/24.
2 items, same dress in different colours in the size suggested through the sights measurements.
Delivered 3/6/24. Items were cheap thin material. Didnt even slightly fit. One wasn’t the colour selected. (advertised as a dark/navy blue and received a lighter, more turquoisey blue dress). Items weren’t damaged and one wasn’t even taken out the original packaging.

Tried contacting for a return address for refund on 10/6/24, tried 2 different emails, Instagram message from the link from their website, chat format through their site and several calls at different times of the day which were unanswered and no option to leave a voicemail.

Had a reply 19/6/24 on one of the emails, asking what the issue was (clearly didn’t read the initial email which stated they were too small, wrong colour etc)

Asked again for the relevant information to return the items for a full refund.

Their reply stated their “internal policy” couldn’t offer me a refund but offered a 20% offer for future purchases with them.

Their FAQ states they offer either a full or partial refund and no where stated the “internal policy”

Id like to take this further and report them for their poor slow responses and unfair no refund option. If anyone could suggest where or how I can get at least some of my money back id really appreciate it.

Do not buy from this company. Your order may arrive as mine did but it does not resemble a dress it's basically a piece of material that has been randomly stitched. They apparently do not accept returns however there was no mention of this on their website or during the ordering process.

Absolutely dreadful DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have been waiting since the middle of May for a response the phone number doesn’t work and the clothes are really poor quality so disappointed and they owe me £78 which I will probably never see again please warn people not to use their site.

Ordered a dress took 2 weeks to come and came nothing like the pictures. I want a refund and they don’t answer there is no customer service what so ever!!! Horrible company

This is the worst site i have ever ordered from, absolutely disgraceful customer service the quality of the dresses are diabolical, no refunds are made AFTER I PAID TO SEND BACK THE DRESSES this company needs sueing and shutting down immediately.

I bought a dress, nothing like the photo on the website, such poor quality. It is not wearable. After replying to my first email for details they are no longer responding. This is the worst buying experience ever, from the quality of the goods to the complete lack of customer service. They do not answer the phone, reply to emails, their Instagram account is private only.

Sent me a dress that was nothing like the one I ordered plus it wasnt appropriate/needed for the event and ghosted me when I tried to return.

Do not order from here. Ordered a dress from here and it’s horrible cheap material. Requested a refund several times. No response. No where on line does it tell you how to return. Stay away

Absolutely do not buy from them!!
Bought a dress for a special event & when it arrived it was nothing like it was shown online, the material was awful & falling apart already.
When first emailing about it they got back to me quickly but once I said I wanted a full refund they have completely ignored me.

Bought my daughter a dress for her prom which took 4 weeks to arrive, it doesn’t fit so for 2 weeks we have been emailing them for their refund policy! No information on their website and the phone number is not in use!!

30 day return policy and we are already nearly coming into 3 weeks trying to make contact to arrange a return!

Companies like this need to be closed down! Shocking.

There dresses are so cheap and there customer service is TERRIBLE.
I’ve been trying to get a refund from them for WEEKS and have even returned the dress and was told that if I sent them proof of postage then I would receive a refund but haven’t heard anything back.
