I just received my first shipment through Lunarcat Company, and I was initially alarmed that the shipping box was very torn open. However, I only purchased the minimum packaging, so it was likely my fault for not buying additional protection. Thankfully, nothing inside my package was damaged or missing at all. My whole experience with Lunarcat has been excellent, with the best service and guided communication, with prompt and clear answers to all of my questions that really eased my concerns and anxiety. I also really appreciate the shipping options and wide range of optional services, with fair and clear fees. I highly recommend them as a proxy and forwarding company. They are the best I have used so far.

Amazing experience ! I used lunarcat to get an item from a mercari auction, they were fast to proceds my request and managed to get the item at a very good price. The shipping was also fast and the items were well packed. It took less than 10 days from the date of my order to receiving the package. Would 100% recommend.

The pricing for buying in person was very reasonable for the various services out there I compared with, which I appreciate as well. Customer service was clear and responds quickly. Easily one of the best services I’ve used! The website was incredibly simple to navigate and there’s plenty of information if you’re new to using a proxy; they offer many services for online and offline orders, each of which are fairly priced and I find them much cheaper in comparison to similar proxies! I ordered some prints from a convenience store in Japan and the order was fulfilled almost immediately. They have incredibly fast service, swift delivery and packaged the prints with utmost care. I’ll definitely be using Lunarcat again for future orders!

My first experience using LunarCat service has been very good, shipping/consolidation/packing fees are very reasonable, easy to communicate with and you can easily request specifics you may have regarding the item/packaging etc. all my items arrived safely and you could tell care had been taken when it was packed, 10/10 I would recommend them if you want a more personal

I am please with my experience in using Lunarcat. I put in an online auction order and they made their bid as directed. Once the item was shipped to their location, I was contacted to handle the shipping costs. Item arrived without issue. I will happily use them again!

Lunarcat really helped me in a difficult situation. I had ordered deliveries to another forwarding company, but they refused to send my package overseas because it contained food. I reached out to Lunarcat, and he explained exactly what I needed to do to get the package to the US.

He was very knowledgeable about the current state of import laws in the US and helped me with the paperwork to get my package through customs.

I highly recommend him and will be a returning customer. I feel excited about all the things I can order from Japan through him.
