Lunarcat Company Reviews

Lunarcat was very accommodating to my requests, very patient and helpful too. Highly recommended

Lunarcat was an absolute pleasure to work with. During my talks with them about my case they displayed a high degree of knowledge in the field of both international shipping and model firearms.
They were very patient with me while getting my paperwork in order and offered me help and advice at every turn.
Lunarcat transformed a stressful experience of importing a collectors item into a comfortable one, I cannot recommend their services higher.

Excellent service (again) by Lunarcat. Working together since months, several orders placed and items sent. Always smooth communication and purchasing of items, competitive shipping rates and delivery before expected.
Highly recommend!

Did a wonderful job helping me purchase at an event! Very pleased with the communication and quick shipping as well! Would definitely reccomend :)

Lunar Cat was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I used their services to purchase many items at an event in Korea. They were so friendly, helpful, kind, and patient with me. They were more than willing to help me with quite a few extra requests/wants, and they were just absolutely amazing! I absolutely recommend Lunar Cat for all of your Korean proxy needs, and I will definitely be using Lunar Cat's services again!

I had a great experience with Lunarcat. The communication was excellent, and they were very responsive to my requests to make the process smoother for my country’s customs to handle the package. The products arrived well wrapped and intact!

10/10. Clear, upfront and honest communication. I found Lunar Cat on reddit and I can definitely say that I 100% recommend them. They answered all of my questions and used wise or PayPal so I felt comfortable with payment. Super thankful I found them and I absolutely recommend!!!

Very friendly seller! Super fast responses every time, and always accommodating! The rates were reasonable, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be reaching out to this seller for future services.

Reasonable fees and transparent process for Japan personal shopper service.

I’ve had a discussion about the item I was particularly interested in. Very patience and was kind enough to keep me updated about from time to time. Best experience I’ve had so far considering it was my first time using their service. I fully recommend it. Thank you!

Great communication, willing to accommodate my request too. highly recommended

Great in-person shopping service! I was honestly a bit skeptical at first as this was my first time using an in-person shopping service. Lunarcat was quick to reply to messages and provided updates each step of the process, including photos on-site so I could choose in real time. This was very reassuring and helped the process go smoothly. They will definitely become my go-to proxy for shopping in Japan!

I had a request for an in-person only item, and Lunarcat helped complete the service! They were super clear on the order details, the item was bought in great time and the item arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Great service! Affordable and trustworthy, will definitely buy from Lunar cat again!

Needed a service to do some in person shopping in Tokyo.

Lunar Cat had a swifty response, their service catered to all my needs while providing full details through out the whole process.

Items arrived in excellent condition and had extra discount for a large order.

Thank you!

Lunarcat was friendly in chat and helped me order a few plushies at the Good Smile Store popup in Shibuya. I cannot be thankful and grateful enough as it was
very difficult to get these plushies unless you are already in Japan. Again, thank you so much Lunarcat!

Fantastic communication. Reached out because I wanted to buy something from Mercari shortly before I left Japan. They managed to get it to me very quickly and the communication was amazing. They are a life saver!

LunarCat was an absolute pleasure to work with! They answered all my questions, took the time to work with sellers on offers and communicated very well throughout the entire process. They’ve been such a great resource that I’ve used them for numerous purchases and have never had a problem! Looking forward to using them more in the future!

The person who worked with me was extremely helpful and responsive, even doing the extra research for me when they didn’t need to. I highly recommend using this service, you won’t get it anywhere else.

I really appreciate how Lunar Cat was extremely efficient with everything. When I would text them, they would respond as soon as possible. The service in general was quick. I look forward to working with Lunar Cat again :)
