DO NOT USE...
Ordered 3 dresses.
Received 2 dresses. Both looked nothing like the photos on the site or instagram page.
Material was very poor quality and the pattern was printed onto very cheep synthetic (not cotton) thin material.
Both were poorly cut and both had holes / coming apart at the seams.
One had multiple seams where patches of material had been sown together across the front of the dress.
I have been repeatedly asking for the address to return and receive a refund - they are responding but not acknowledging by providing return address or refund, even after providing photos twice.
The 3rd dress never arrived and they have eventually informed me after 50 days that it is out of stock and offered a refund for this product only.
The customer services link for Lumarne defaults for WikiLovely and the automated form doesn’t work (Link purposefully doesn’t click through)
I am so angry to have not trusted my gut-instincts with this site and so not checking reviews!!!
Please do not trust or think you will be lucky with this site - the products are not what they are advertising and there is a reason why they are cheap!

Absolute horrible quality and customer service. Items look nothing like the photos and the fabric is horrible and cheap. This company feels like a scam. I wish I would have read reviews before I made my purchase.

Terrrible quality. The dresses look nothing like the pictures I viewed online. I ordered 3 dresses in the same size. One was huge, one was so tight I could barely get it over my head, and the other one looked like a maternity dress. The material is some cheap-looking, shiny polyester. I thought the prices sounded too good to be true, and I was right. You get what you pay for. I am pursuing a return, but I don't anticipate ever getting any money back.

I have never received the item i bought. Customer service seems not available.
Dont buy here!

I bought two dresses. One arrived one month after ordering it in spite of having paid express shipment (max 10-15 days). It is a shame: it seems a cheap version of what I bought.
The second dress has not even been shipped.
I write a daily mail to Lunarme customer service (more than 10) and they have no answered any of them.
I do not know what to do.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE quality clothing. Does NOT resemble the clothing advertised and are sewn so poorly buttons don't even fit in the holes.

Just got two Lunarme dresses via Instagram advert. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I wouldn't wish to be seen dead in them. Awful quality and finish. Absolutely nothing like the photos. Haven't tried getting a refund yet.....

The worst! Don't buy, resembles and fits nothing like what's pictured! Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

I have just received the dresses that I ordered on the 19th July. The quality is poor, they bear little resemblance to the photographs and they make it as difficult at possible to return the items.

Does anyone have a quick way to return these items?

In spite of making several requests that the balance of this order not be shipped, it has been. I have had at least 10 email communications with the company, each time I seem to get an answer from a different person using a different company address.

After many requests, they finally send me a return address in China and I have yet to receive a refund. In spite of having to send a photograph of the dresses twice and a photograph of the post office receipt. the cost of returning the items was £20.

The dress that arrived today bears no resemblance to anything that I ordered and the fabric is similar to that of a child's Disney dressing up outfit, and thats being unkind to Disney.

How can we stop these businesses scamming people.

I still have one more dress to arrive!!!!

Poorest quality I have ever SEEN! The dress I ordered arrived in 15 days and looked like prison attire. It was the poorest quality of anything I have EVER bought online. When I attempted to return it they send a very disorganized email, as follows:
Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

Order Number: XXXXXXXXXXXOSD

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and assure you that we are constantly evolving to better suit your needs.

We would like to tell you, that you can keep the item as a gift or purchase it again.
You can see are more info.
Here are 3 options for you.

1st. You can purchase the item again with $17 price only.

2nd. We are offering you $11 voucher as compensation.

3rd. We are offering you $8 refund as compensation.

4th. You can return the item for full refund at shipping cost to buyer.

We will wait for your reply.

I would say save your time and money because this store is a huge ripoff.

Ordered 5 days ago and the item has not shipped. Reached out to customer service via email and facebook. Waiting for response. Will update review if the item arrives within the estimated time frame and is fair quality for the price.

The quality of clothing is extremely cheap and trying to get a returns address from them is nigh on impossible! I've been dealing with them for a week now and they just keep asking me to send photos, which I've done, but not giving me the returns address. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
