Be wary
Paid £6 for next day shipping and did not receive what I ordered till 2 weeks after. I believe the only reason I got my Qurans in the first place was only because I commented many times on the most recent Instagram post from 2022 and sent DMs also. Initially I emailed however the email does not work, I had to leave comments on multiple occasions as there was no response. If you check the comments section other people have had the same issue where the company have taken money but not sent out the items. When I did have a response from her she wrote that they had been having "major technical issues with email, website and integration that has caused a mix up in some orders but should be sorted now". This may not be a lie however saying it is sorted is a lie because I wouldn't be getting messages from people asking if I received what I ordered and of people telling me its been weeks since. I find it disheartening that a Muslim owned brand are scamming people. It takes a very simple Instagram post/communication/email to convey that you cannot fulfill your customers orders. I'm not sure whats going on with this brand and find it extremely unfair to the many people they are being dishonest with. How can you sell Islamic items such as the Holy Quran but then not actually fulfill your orders?
