I ordered 6 wigs on May 7th 2020. As of today 7-21-2020 i, 've not received anything from Luna wigs and cannot get in touch with anybody through customer service. They are big scammers. Not fit to fool with.

I didn't see any of these reviews before I ordered because I would not have ordered and been robbed by Luna. I wish that I could give them a ZERO! I ordered the wig on April 28 and received the 'Moms Mabley Special' on June 28. It is hideous!! The wig looks absolutely NOTHING like the wig I ordered. I am SO dissatisfied and will NEVER order anything from them again.

Ordered the wig May 26,2020 just recieved it today July 14,2020,what a rip off the wig looks like beige blond matted dog ass, thoroughly disappointed,recently diagnosed with cancer thought I found a Fabulous wig what a joke, talk about adding insult to injure. These people are the devil 😈.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The wigs I received were HORRIBLE to say the least. And on top of that Luna Wigs is no longer responding to my emails requesting a refund!! So now I stuck with these 2 HIDEOUS WIGS and out of $39.70.

Oh my, Help! I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered this crazy Luna wigs. I ordered two months ago and just got it on July 13th. Truly, this is a piece of trash. I command the devil to give me my money back, in Jesus mighty name! Amen - PT - Calif.

I purchased three of Luna wigs and they were horrible. They do not properly fit my head and they look as if they were designed to wear in a bad rated movie. I used the email address they provided on their site to contact them for a refund and my email was returned stating that their email address was a demon email address.

All together i ordered 9 wigs,I have only gotten 6.3 of the wigs were good the other 3 not so much.They were supposed to be very short instead they were ugly and curly.I still have not gotten the other 3.Do not order from these people.i wish i had read reviews.

1-1=0!!, rating This company is a fraud,fraud,fraud. Totally lowest of the scammers. Ordered my wigs in May just received them July 11 2020. Nothing what like the pictures they were advertising as real wigs. Coronavirus opportunity to scam!. Now I have discovered they have shut the website down. But" Luke 12.2 says,. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known." And to add these are fake, and suitable for Halloween costumes. , plus emails and supposely been from china when I got it out of the mailbox with a shipping label from California.

I really really wish that I could show before and after pictures of these wigs.I really wished I saw these reviews before I purchased these wigs. SMH!!!THESE WIGS ARE HORRENDOUSLY HORRIBLE!!! JACKED UP WIGS!!!!! “REFUND NOW” THEY LOOK LIKE THEY TOOK THEM OF A DEAD PRESON AND SENT THEM TO ME .I REALLY WANNA SHOW THE PICTURES TO SAVE THE NEXT PERSON WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING WIGS FROM THEM”DO NOT DO IT “ can I get some help getting a refund!!!!!!

They are Trash, not as advertised, they show you pretty lace front wigs And the send you old wigs, Will never order again Want my money back, TRASH Wigs

Ordered May 7th and so far have gotten NOTHING! The emails to contact them are bogus and there is no number to call. I wish I had seen this page earlier!! Stay away!! EDIT: Item came after I made a case on Paypal. NOT a good wig...some shaggy crap they mailed to not have to refund me.I am not dropping my case!

This has to be a scam ordered 2 wigs from them it took 2months and received something I didn’t order they were horrible look like hay or something asked for a full refund through my bank please don’t waste your time it’s hard if not impossible to get your money back

I GOT MY WIG A MONTH IN A HALF LATER IT WASN'T THE WIG THEY POSTED ON FACEBOOK MY GRANDMOTHER WOULDN'T WEAR THIS OLD LOOKING CRAP THEY ARE FRAUD I SEE THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO BETTER B. BUREA FOR FRAUD.

I kept looking at the Luna wigs on Facebook and in ads on different sites. I thought these were real people with their real hair I saw one picture that I said could be a wig. I ordered this wig on May 1,2020. It took 6 weeks to get if I knew it was coming from China that would have been a red flag. The wig has no labels no tabs no front or back the only thing correct was the color. I am 68 years old it looks like a wig someone 80 years old would wear. I don't know what type of hair it is I cannot even give it away. DO Not Trust Luna Wigs!! Stay away!!! LJ

STOP STOP DO NOT ORDER FROM LUNA WIGS. I ORDER TWO WIGS ON APRIL 26TH , IT JUST GOT HERE JULY 3RD AND ITS NOT WHAT I HAVE ORDERED. I ORDERED TWO COLOR AN I WAS SENT JET BLACK. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THE QUALITY IS GARBAGE. YOU WONT GET A REFUND

Ordered 2wigs in Apr.2020, tracked it as far as possible, PayPal let money go before you get pkg. Tried tracking, emails after 2+mos I received wigs, one was like dog hair n not my order, other wig was similar to what I ordered but looked like it was worn already (combed out curls) this site totally "BOGUS" n fake. Scammer!! It may come from China but scammer is in U.S. Don't order anything from any of these sites!

WOW! I saw an advertisement on YouTube channel for LUNA WIGS and was impressed especially with the demonstration of LACE FRONT WIG, and thought I'd order one. WOW & THANKS! I am I glad I read all these posted comments and reviews...all you ladies saved me valuable time, money and needles aggravation from buying a bad quality wig! YouTube.com needs to REMOVE LUNA WIGS ADVERTISEMENT, if they care about their channel subscribers.

I wished I would have seen these reviews on this Company they should be ashamed of themselves and not sure how they are able to continue to lie that the wigs look like $100 but in reality they look like I shopped at the ($1.00) dollar store for hair they look like something you would mop the floor with they lied about the style and color of the hair I was upset when I opened the package and recognized they weren't the wigs I ordered online, so this is why they received 1 star to let people know they're terrible. And believe me if something is good I will give a fantastic review but if it's bad you will not receive a good review. They are disappointing.
