I’m giving them a bad review people stay away. I ordered one wig to get the other one free and what I got was garbage in the videos it shows the wig with bigger straps and frontal lace wig what I got was a Halloween wig I was so excited to receive this but I should’ve known that everybody lies just to get people to buy their crap beyond pissed I spoke to a lawyer and due to false advertising we have a case but I’m not even gonna bother because I’m not gonna waste my money for petty ass I just wish they would stop stealing from people because it’s just not right I’m going to make sure that I post is an every site and have all my followers repost this people need to know the truth it’s not fair

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. My son bought me 3 Wigs from Luna Wigs on May 29, I have not received them, and is unable to get in touch with anyone. They are big time thieves and scammers. They are rip offs, and I should have read the reviews. PLEASE LADIES DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUNA WIGS. Now I am hearing that their WIGS are a MESS. Please read reviews before you are ROBBED of your HARD EARNED CASH.

Big SCAM False these people put ur hopes up and the wigs are Aweful there pictures and website are all lies. Disgraceful they should be closed down

This company is nothing but a fraud. The wigs that you see on the website, are nothing like what you receive. First of all, it takes forever to receive the product and the wig that I received is nothing like what I ordered. Luna wigs is a fraudulent company and I advise anyone not to purchase this mess from them. They should have thousands of law suits for false advertisement. I will never deal this company again. They are crooks and something should be done to stop them from cheating people. They really don't deserve any stars!!!

This company is a fraud targeting black women. My wife purchased 3 wigs from them and haven't heard anything from them. We can't understand why the BBB and the Commerce Dept. and Facebook haven't taken steps to shut them down on the internet. allowing them to continue just gives them permission to continue to do the same. Luna Wigs knows it's a fraud and doesn't care about the people they defraud nor the terrible products they sell. they have no intention of refunding the money or providing the customers with the best service possible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD IN THE HIGHEST ORDER.

I place an order over a month ago and still have not seen my order. Luna wig stole my money and refuse to refund my money had I known it would take over a month I would have never placed the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and you will never see the product!!!

Those wigs are not what is being advertised, they are liers all the way to he'll China is not fair with the people and it's a dam shame, but God is watching and y'all gonna burn in he'll. I will never buy wigs with you people again, yes you people just discussing you need to be put in jail.

The Beautiful wig advertised i ordered and paid for. They gave me 2 of the most ULGY things in place. They frauded me out of my money stole my money and will not respond to my emails.
THEY DONT HAVE THOSE BEAUTIFUL WIGS.

Please do not buy from this company! They are fraudulent. For one I never received my product, second when trying to call the company phone number is not legit, third when emailing there is a generic auto response stating about orders already being sent out but dated from January mind you I ordered the beginning of April. I also read other reviews where people haven’t even received their orders placed in December or when they received items they were not human hair and not even close to the pictures shown on their website. Also to mention after researching the photos used are from other websites not belonging to them. If you have ordered call your bank to reverse charge, file a report with better business bureau and even file a police report for fraud. They even kept charging one customer over $200 several times!!!! DO NOT Buy!!!! Help spread the word!!!!!

I will be disputing this charge on my card. I’ve ordered my wigs almost a month ago now and I have yet to even receive a reply from the 4 emails I sent! Worst company I’ve ever tried to order from. Save your money, dispute charges if you haven’t received your products, don’t waste your time!

Do not order these wigs. They will not be delivered and when you contact the company they will send you basically the same email over and over. I ordered three wigs and paid expedited shipping and I never received my order. When I contacted the company I got the same email that someone would get in contact with me. They never did. I contacted the company I paid for the product with and they went to the company and got me a refund. After all that they sent me an email and asked that I not write a bad review.

Z Luna sent me to wigs that I order one of them was not the way I got ordered the other didn't look anything like the wig I ordered the wigs were dry and just in bad condition. I will be looking for a refund of my $43 for these two horrible dry wigs do not buy anything from Luna wigs.
