I was about to order 2 wigs off there site on Facebook. I read all the reviews on that site and they were all 5 star ratings. People saying the wigs were beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. For some reason I had a bad feeling beforeI I entered my card info so I GOOGLED this company and thank the dear lord I did.

Oh my god DO NOT order this wig ! It is horrible I didn’t even try it on ! It looks nothing like the pics the represent on their site. This can only be used for Halloween and then I don’t think I would even wear it. It is so thin looks fake my god the part is horrible and you can’t even part it any other way. It’s horrible and the hair falls out as soon you pull it out of package. I would return it to get my refund but I probably won’t see it either head the damn earnings do not buy this it is CRAP

Yeah they were pretty awful! So much so that me and my boyfriend had a good laugh as to how dreadful the wigs were. I mean you might be able to pull the wig as your own hair...if you wore a hat over the wig.....and hide every bit of the wig under the hat.... However they did provide some well needed hilarity to my morning!

Not only did it take a month to receive the wig it literally looks like clown hair they sent a different style from what I ordered. The wig they sent is nothing like I ordered. I have requested a return label, address, and instructions for three weeks now per their protocol and have been totally dismissed and disregarded. Not a return email whatsoever.Do not order from Luna Wigs you will totally regret it. Thanks be to God I didnt spend much. RIDICULOUS. They are scammers that target black women dont get bamboozled I am still waiting for an return address they offered me 5.97 on a 29.87 purchase. Scammers. I lost my money but they are exposed. They email me once a week acting as different customer assistants
as if it's a joke. God will take care of it though.

Wow. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I bought a wig on 4/17 & it has yet to be shipped. No tracking info or anything. I am not even sure if I’ll get it after seeing these reviews. I’m reporting them regardless. How can they use celebrities like Jennifer Hudson to advertise or why would she choose to do so if they are so crappy? This is not a good look for her. Let’s get this company once and for all!!

I just read the reviews for this Luna wigs company and I regret not reading them before I ordered my one and only wig. Every negative review is correct. It took weeks before I received my wig. I was so excited when it finally arrived, only to open it to major disappointment. It was not the wig that I ordered, the only thankful part was that I only ordered 1 wig. The prices should have been a RED FLAG! I have been wearing wigs for 10+ years, so I know the price and quality of a good wig. but I liked the short sophisticated style, so I took a chance. What a mistake! I was going to return the wig, I called the number listed on the website ( 1 363-166-0957) only to get a recording "the number you dialed cannot be completed as dial). I was about to spend money to return it, when I read the reviews of customers who tried to return and to no avail and some was charged several times. I'm going to put the wig where it belongs in the GARBAGE and chalk it up to a loss. However, the best advertisement is WORD OF MOUTH and I intend to let my fellow "Sistas" know, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY". This company is taking advantage of the AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN. We should call our Elected Officials and have this company INVESTIGATED!

I give you 1 because 0 is not up there. How can you use the word "TRUST" and stand behind such a horrible - deceitful company called Luna Wigs. There is a law against such bad false advertisement & they will get there reward which is HELL!

You ladies got off easy! First, I never received the wig that I ordered on April 5, 2020! I noticed that they debited my card 10 TIMES (over $260)!!! They have not responded to my my emails nor returned my calls to 1-800-581-2001! These reviews were not up when I ordered the wig or I NEVER would have purchased this product! This is disgusting! We should ALL get together and file a class action lawsuit for KNOWINGLY defrauding us and refusing to return our money! How can "TRUST PILOT" claim that these reviews are FAKE!!! Let's git'er done ladies!

After getting all the disappointing reviews I must say I'm happy I didn't purchase anything from Lunawigs and just 10 minutes ago I was about to buy 3 wigs I though was really cute

I purchase three wigs that were supposed to be different wigs actually two of them were the exact same and they all look as if they've been a shed from a dog or something I am very disappointed with this purchase please do not ever buy wigs from Luna wigs

Im having similar bad experience. Wish I had checked the reviews first This was my first online wig order and last.They have gone past the 12 days to deiver. No way to track my order. I think this company needs to be reported to FTC and put out of business even sued. Maybe we should stop buying wigs from any online dealer to make sure Luna Wigs cant masquerade under another name but definitely do our HW first. Soooo disappointing Sooo sad

I'm being forced to give one star!
I ordered 2 wigs that were SUPPOSED to be a natural kinky look. NEITHER one even came close to being natural or kinky. I don't even know how to describe what I got. And to top it off, it took over a month for me to receive. Unless you want a cross between a bird's nest and ????
save your money.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered have not received anything called my credit card company to reverse charges. I have not heard back yet.

I got my wigs a bit late because of the coronavirus chaos, but they are fine! Light to wear and they look cute. I will order more Lunawigs.

Never buy from luna. The wig I purchased looks nothing like the picture. They are a rip off. Unfortunately you can not write a review without giving at least A star.

the only reason that I am giving Luna wigs one star is because I could not write a review unless I did so. This is the worst wig company I've ever seen in my life the wigs are awful and I am reporting them to the better business bureau

Luna wigs sucks!!!! I ordered two wigs and neither looked nothing like the wig i ordered. I will not be order from them again...
