Good quality product

Product is great, strong and good quality really helps pain in my feet. Therefor ordered again. It takes a while before delivering but that is ok for me, communication about this is fine.

RETURN POLICY?????

I bought shorts from this company and when finally delivered were of poor quality and did not fit me. I tried to return but the customer service informed me this would involve taking pictures of the item (which I did) stating what the problems (I did that twice) and also sending the item back on my own cost, without a returns label! I have now sent the item back to their UK address and hope to have my money refunded. I wuld warn anyone that thinks of using this company to think twice and realise that their returns policy is as described above!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Lunelva.

My order took almost a month to arrive because it was shipped from China, which was not made clear when I placed the order. The delivery time was far longer than expected.

When I wanted to return the item, I was told that I had to pay around €14 to send it back to China with tracked shipping. That makes returning the product unnecessarily expensive. The only alternative they offered was a 25% refund.

I decided to accept the 25% refund, but after sending multiple emails, I have received no response at all. Their customer service has completely ignored my messages.

I would not recommend buying from this company. Slow shipping, expensive returns, and poor customer service make for a very frustrating experience.

Great jacket

Great jacket. Fits good. Waterproof and wind free. I bought myself also one for my partner. I like tthe jacket. It was worth the waiting for. Thank you!
