Update 14/7/26: It took almost a month before my clothes arrived even though the webshop promised only a few days. Unfortunately I have to return some wares because the sizes are really smaal. Returning seems to be impossible though and. Still waiting on response from customer service....

Update 19/7/26: Only after sending a formal mail hinting towards legal action did I receive an email from customer service: send us photo's of goods to be returned. I sent them but have not heard from them since.

Update 28/7/26: Still no news even though I sent more mails and kept trying to call. I should warn all of you to NOT buy anything from Lunelva.

Please be warned that Lunelva is a scam site selling cheap Chinese fake products of inferior quality. For a high price! The site looks good. But then….My order took 2 weeks. Product completely different from pictures. Of no quality and unusable….Return is not possible: there is no normal return process, you have to e-mail them. Then they ask you for pictures of the product you want to return- which is very strange ofcourse. After this they offer you to pick something else from their site. When you refuse and indicate you want to return the item and money back there is silence. No response anymore….. I mailed them several times but nothing in return. I paid 32€ for a swimming shorts that cannot be used. I hope other don t fall into the same trap

The promise 'ordered before 23:00 = same day shipping' was (of course) too good to be true.

Update 1-7-2026:
My orders has been sent this morning... So to hell with the 'same day shipping'. It's misleading to say the least. Won't be buying again.
Now let's wait and feel the shirts when (if) they get here.

I placed my order two weeks ago. Received a quick reply and all kinds of emails with extra offers and discounts. So far I didn't receive anything. So I decided to cancel the purchase and send them the payment details for refunding. No reply.

Dropshiping took long to get my parfum. And guess what. Also the wrong one .so dont buy from lunelva minus 8 stars

First, the email response was very quick. Second, the ordering process was smooth, and you receive a discount on your next purchase. The product is good. The only drawback is the delivery time. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience.

Good experience

Very good website. I found the product I needed very fast. Every possible light strength and length has a picture. So it was easy to select the product you wanted. Only minus point was that only after I paid I saw there was an additional charge of safety package. I understand the package is needed, however it would be beter to explain this when showing the price.
