Update -Lunera have made contact & I have received a full refund. A satisfactory conclusion.

Product did not suit me at all. I had a dreadful upset stomach. I have stopped taking the product Lunera Hormone. I have emailed Lunera on three occasions and asked for a refund & so far received zero response. I will keep trying.

Feeling less bloated and not as hungry as usual. Been taking for 10 days

Having tried Lunera for 3 months it was clear the product wasn’t working for me… this is not to say it won’t work for someone else though.. so I contacted support to request a refund as stated in their refund policy.. I was super impressed with the way this was handled both swiftly and with courtesy.. I highly recommend Lunera and their support team . Thank you .

Sleeping better, feel a bit more like me. No impact on weight but wasn’t hopeful that it would make a difference.
These are expensive so not sure I will be able to keep buying them long term

I tried these for a few months and unfortunately had no positive result on me. If anything made my skin worse, but this could have been a coincidence. That said, the customer service when I canceled my subscription renewal were very pleasant as I would still rate them as a company and who knows, its worked for many and may work for many more, just not for me.😔

If you're reading this wondering whether to try Lunera out - go for it. I feel more like me. I have more patience, have laughed more in the last few weeks and yes, I do feel like I’m less bloated. It’s a long journey and it will take time, but hopefully, all the small steps add up.

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant and answered any queries I had. Due to no longer needing the medication, I was able to cancel very easily, and quickly received confirmation of my doing so.

Sadly hormone balance didn’t work out for me but I can’t fault their customer service! Really helpful and empathetic. Sorted out my return and money back swiftly.

Im only on day 11 of taking this so far so good, take every morning with a breakfast shake as I dont eat a breakfast ive not been hungry throughout day, im hoping i lose some weight that was my main reason for taking these and to help with the hot flush

Lunera has really helped me so far , was starting to fell very bloated at Certain times in the day even though I never have big lunches , taking 2 capsules a day has helped this a great deal , also my sleep has improved I stay asleep for longer . And fell so much better for it , customer service is fantastic Kyle has checked in twice to tell me what my body should be feeling and this stage is so handy to understand that the product is doing what it says . Chris has now contacted and has hopefully sorted the issues out, has apologised and I have amended my review.

Was a bit sceptical to be honest but was willing to try after reading about Lunera. It has made such a difference to me already! My bloating has reduced significantly and I’m noticing other benefits.
I’m really impressed and can highly recommend Lunera hormone balance.
I love the back story as to how this came into being.

The support from this company has been amazing. They emailed each week to talk about what changes you might or might not be seeing. Unfortunately the product did not work for me. So they recommend that I send it back and get a full refund.
Give it ago. Hopefully it will help you like it help others and if not you have not lost anything as they will give you your money back.

Although Lunera didn’t work for me, it’s definitely worth trying. My friend has had great success with it. Also their customer service really is 5 star. Full refund with no problems at all. Give it a go, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

Edit: I have now received a very nice email from Chris @ Lunera answering my query. He accepted that they had fallen short with the level of customer support. I am now happy to carry on with this product as I’m am upbeat that it will make a difference to me.

I have been taking lunera for about 4 weeks, the only improvement so far is that my sleep is not quite so disrupted, however maybe with the next 8 weeks of supplements there may be more improvements.
My lack of stars is due to the fact that I have had no response from customer service, despite emailing four times with a query about my subscription.
If anyone from the company reads this please tell me how to contact someone who will actually answer me.

I purchased what I thought was 1 month supply to use and trial.
I did not sign up for any more.
It has not worked for me.
What is very disappointing and frustrating is the payment that was deducted from my account this morning saying I was on a subscription. I have emailed several times to advise to cancel the order and I did not sign up for anything (unless of course this is not clear somewhere) I have not received one response ! Looks like the order has now been dispatched. So again I emailed asking how I return and to cancel everything and receive a refund. Still waiting on a reply.

Update Tuesday 24th Kyle has confirmed receipt of emails and advised on how to return goods. He screenshot me to show a refund has been processed. So hopefully now all resolved. Thank you Kyle.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. Their customer service is absolutely dire when it comes to issuing refunds or resounding to emails. They took £65 from my account for a subscription that I was unaware I had! Despite emails and messages on their business messenger service I have received zero acknowledgment or response. My only option is to now go through my bank. Save yourself the trouble bd don’t buy from them.
