Product did not do what it was supposed…
Product did not do what it was supposed to do. I requested a refund after 4 months - well within the 180 days money back guarantee - but was told that because I had ordered twice - each order is for 90 days - I was not eligible for a refund. I do not understand how this product can be tested out for 180 days if you can only place 1 order which will be for 90 days. This is basically a multivitamin with a few other bits such as Flaxseed, Rosemary Leaf etc. Not worth wasting time and money on. I have only given this 2 stars because initially customer services seemed good but after the first 3 months it is rubbish.
Since my initial review I have been contacted by Kyle who has refunded me. I have suggested that the refund policy is made clearer but the team did explain why the refund policy exists and have said that they will look into the wording of the refund policy. I have now increased the review to 3 stars because of the communication from the Customer Service Team which has been appreciated.

Regarding our refund policy, we'd like to explain the reasoning behind it. We originally offered a 90-day money back guarantee, but we extended this to 180 days because we understand that people don't always remember to take their supplement every single day. However, the 180-day guarantee applies to a single order. When a customer places a second order, it indicates they were satisfied enough with their initial course to order again. Unfortunately, we introduced this policy after experiencing multiple cases where customers would claim a refund and then simply reorder, which isn't fair to our business or other customers. If you email us at hello@lunera.co.uk we can arrange you a refund in this case.
As for the product itself, our formula is far more than a basic multivitamin. Each ingredient has been specifically selected and carefully dosed based on research to work together as part of a targeted formulation.
We understand this may be frustrating and we're sorry we couldn't resolve this to your satisfaction.

The best supplement I’ve ever bought.
I thought that nothing would make a difference once I hit my fifties but this product has literally changed my life. Not only have I started to lose a few pounds, I feel calmer, I am sleeping better and I have much more energy. Customer service is exceptional and the whole team look after you so well. Didn't work for me
These had no effect on me despite getting an initial 90 days supply. I should have requested a refund but didn't, life has a habit of getting I the way.... Then today I'm notified about another order. An email was sent 3 days before it rolled over giving you only 48hrs to cancel as cancellation needs to be up to 24 hrs before the order is processed. This is not really enough not everyone checks emails everyday. I requested that I could return the order when it arrives for a refund but this was refused. I accept I missed the email but a company playing fair should perhaps give a slightly longer notice period to enable you to cancel. And given you are selling a product targeting menopausal women with brain fog, fatigue etc a little more understanding wouldn't go amiss. Just be on your toes and schedule in the cancellation in case it doesn't work for you. Then watch your inbox like a hawk for the cancellation link they send you as it seems there is no facility cancel before this is sent. I have now lost £60 on an order for a product that gave me no benefits.
Subsequent to the initial review and the response on here I have been given a refund so will up the stars for customer service. But my original review stands in that the product sadly didn't work for me even after taking the initial 90 day supply.

Just so you know, we do send two reminder emails three days before your next order is processed, giving you the option to continue or cancel. I appreciate that life gets busy though, especially when you're dealing with the very symptoms our product is designed to help with, so I hear you on that. Cancellations happen instantly so there is no 24hr buffer as long as you cancel it before the order is processed your good. We will look at adding in a 7-day reminder as well.
I also want to be transparent about why our return policy is the way it is. Unfortunately, we've had situations in the past where customers would request a refund but keep and continue using the product, which meant we had to tighten things up to keep the process fair for everyone. I know that's frustrating when you're on the other side of it, and I'm sorry it's felt like the terms are working against you rather than for you.
That said, I genuinely want to put this right for you. If you could drop us an email with your order number, I'll personally make sure we get your refund sorted straight away.
We really do try to be as clear and upfront as possible with how the subscription works, but your feedback is valuable and helps us do better. I hope we can resolve this for you quickly.

Early signs are good.
Fantastic service - ordered and received within a couple of days.
It’s only been just over a week since I started taking the capsules but I have noticed that my sleep is improved - still not perfect by a long shot but definitely better than it was, so the early signs are good.

Bought these 90 day supply on week 8. Constantly taking every day. They have not helped me in the slightest. In fact sleep is worse having less sleep. Going to ask for a refund as they are definitely not for me unless miracles will happen over next few weeks.

Several weeks in and noticing positive changes
I'm several weeks in now taking Lunera and the difference it has made has been incredible. I've lost half a stone, my head is clearer - I'm no longer stuttering for words that won't come. I'm on a much more even-keel and right now I don't want to change a thing. I wish I'd found this earlier. I'm probably 7+ years into peri then post menopause.

True to their word
Unfortunately i found no benefit in taking the tablets. I understand the tablets may not work for everyone. After communication, the company have honoured their refund policy, and a refund is being processed. Disappointed the tablets did not work for me but happy the company were true to their word regarding refunds.

Week 11 absolutely no difference. Will not be buying again.
Whilst they advertise 180 day refunds, check the policy. If buying a bundle you can only have opened one pack. In reality this means you get 30 days of trying the product. I'm not saying that's unreasonable, just that the wording on the advert is misleading
Update: I have now received a refund which is appreciated.
I did point out to Lunera that the information about only opening one tub is contained within the refund policy on their website. Hopefully this will now be updated to reflect their response to my review.

I have been taking the hormone balance…
I have been taking the hormone balance for nearly 6 weeks now and have found that my sleep has improved immeasurably, at least 8 hours uninterrupted sleep most nights, which was unheard of before and my energy levels are climbing up daily. Getting so much more done and so much more out of life. I am 65 so past menopause but making up for lost time. Thank you Lunera. Also, the regular messages of encouragement from Kyle, saying what results I should be seeing at various stages has also been great!
