I was told the glasses would be ready in 40 minutes, but I waited an hour and a half for them. When they arrived, the lenses still had no prescription. I didn't have time, so I asked for a refund, but they told me to come back the next day. I had a flight to another country the next morning, so I couldn't sew them, and I asked for a refund right then and there, but they didn't respond. They just gave me an email address and told me to contact customer service. Is it really that difficult to just change the lenses? And I don't understand why they can't give me a refund.

Getting the right glasses wasn't easy, but LPT succeeded. I had to wait a couple of days but boy, am I happy. Great prize and great service. The team at Namur is friendly, and honestly concerned to give you the best service.

Helpful staff, who advised me professionally on different options for lenses. Lots of different frame styles to choose from. Very fair prices. My order (for 2 unifocals and 2 varifocals) was processed quickly and I had my glasses within 10 days.
When I went to collect them, one of the pairs was slightly damaged and they replaced the frame on the spot within 15 minutes.

Sèbastien was great. I was in and out with 2 pairs of glasses in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful experience
