Lunna Loans 

I've been with lunna Loans for about 14 months. I received a couple of e-mail from them stating the reached a (settlement) with my largest debt and were asking for approval. I told them ok. Have not heard since. That was about 8 months ago.
I recently received a summons for a low debt. When trying to call lunna Loans to let them know. My calls were immediately disconnected. The phone would ring once then disconnect or it would have a message that number is not in service. I've tried having a 411 operator finding lunna Loans in Costa Mesa but they have no listing. I've also tried to have my son call with his phone,but he got the same results has I did.
I've also e-mailed them at there suggested e-mail and not receiving any response back.
I'll try any find other ways to contact them, but I'm not holding my breath.

If you mis-represent the initial letter, and waste my time, it will be one star all day.
1. Loan offer? / False: Pushed for Debt consolidation after asking me what I needed the money for (none of your business by the way since you contacted me via mail).
2. 4.5% APR / False: Unwanted Loan Consolidation was 4.9% ( Don't act like you are doing me a favor, this is offensive).
3. Pushy Sales tactics. Finally had to block the email address and phone number. After I ran the numbers, it was simply cheaper for me to pay everything off my self in 14 months instead of having Lunna stretch me a period of 5 years (even if there is not penalty for early payoff).
4. Started getting unwanted phone calls from other debt consolidation company's after dealing with Lunna Loans, although I am on the "Do not call register". Coincidence? I can neither confirm or deny.

Impeccable customer service made up of professionals in the field. 3 months ago my loan was granted to me. I wanted this loan for the purchase of a new car. Beware of Lunna Loans – Deceptive and Dangerous!
Stay far away from this company! They masquerade as a legitimate lender to lure you in with false promises of a loan, only to push you toward default and debt settlement—without full disclosure upfront. Their true goal? To collect the minimum payments you’re already making on your debt while gaining access to your personal and financial information.
What’s even more alarming is how they handle your sensitive data. They collect your name, address, Social Security number, phone, and email—potentially through virtual assistants (VAs) from overseas! I know of someone who ended up homeless after an overseas VA stole and sold his identity, leading to fraudulent withdrawals from his bank account via PayPal.
If Lunna Loans were a legitimate company, they would only offer debt settlement to those already in default—not prey on responsible borrowers with deceptive loan offers. This is outright fraud and theft! The government needs to intervene, and I will be filing formal complaints with all regulatory agencies.
Protect yourself and your finances—avoid Lunna Loans at all costs!
