I am also extremely disappointed and wish I had never ordered from the Facebook advert. I believed the company was based in London. The outfit finally arrived. FAR too large, terrible fabric (badly creased) and not anything like the colour in the advert. I have also just been offered 10% discount and to keep the outfit to avoid return shipping. I am not prepared to pay 90% for something I don't want so am pursing the full return value. Then offered a 30% refund and still to keep the outfit. Now have the address to return the outfit to China.

Wish I could give zero stars. Linen trousers nothing like the ones shown in the advert on insta. Poor quality material, badly made and very small and short. Returns have to be paid by customer tracked to China even though they call themselves Lunvra London. Delivery takes 4 weeks, just another scam

And can’t return as costs too much

Trousers are paper thin and tough to the touch nothing like the advert

I wouldn’t have given it one star if I had the choice!
I ordered an outfit that took a long time to receive.
The quality and material is shocking, it’s like a piece of rag!
I asked to return it and was told I would have to pay for this and all customs prices.
I would not have ordered it if I knew it was coming from China!

I bought from their website on IG
They advertise linen mixed with cotton drawstring trousers. They showed a few colours. The green appealed to me. They called it khaki, but it was more like olive green khaki. They showed a lovely silky lining of the trousers. They looked smart. I bought them. I assumed they would be made in London, as LUNVRA has a London address. I waited forever, so I knew it would most probably be an overseas manufacturer. I just received them 2/6/25
The colour is beige
The material is not a linen mix with cotton
There is no lining
I wanted to return them for a full discount, as they are not what I wanted to pay for, as they are not at all as advertised.
I was told to send them to China.
Or get a 10%, 30% or 50% refund and keep the trousers..

They are not even interested in seeing the trousers, which I offered to send to their address in London. which I assume is their headquarters, but they have a factory in China where they manufacture them.
Anyway, be aware. The trousers I bought are far from what is shown in their photos, video clips, or website. They look cheap with a cheap material used. I was told I could send them back to China and pay for the postage myself, which I found out was costly, and they didn't want to pay to send them back. I had to opt for the 50% refund. I will not buy anything from this company again. I suggest that you all be aware of the items LUNVRA shows in photos, as it is not what you'll receive..

Ordered 2 dresses the same size but one does not fit. When you compare the 2 one is considerably smaller than the other. It could be labelled incorrectly.

The poor review is due to lack of communication when trying to return & refund. Company do not respond. Hence no acknowledgement or refund.
