Money refund after contact with lupo-baterie (battery could not be repaired)
See also my review of October 15.
Today I got into contact with Adam of lupo baterie via their website. The electronics of my battery could not be repaired. Unfortunately the battery is permanently damaged. My order has been canceled and a full refund was promised. I received the money the same day. Thank you!

After 5 months, battery is still in repair
At May 15, I sent a battery of a Miele vacuum cleaner for repair. At August 7, you informed me that the battery was still in electronics repair
More information would be given at the end of that week.
However, at October 11, two months later, I still have NOT received an answer as to when the battery repair will be completed.I get no answer on my e-mails.

I checked your case. From what I can see, the battery had permanently damaged electronics and could not be effectively repaired. On 10/25/2024 at 1:27 PM, we canceled your order and gave you a full refund.
