I seand 3 mail about my orden and I don't resive my orden for 4 mouth and stole my maney...

I bought two pairs of leathers from Lurebest takes them almost three months to get to me. My story haven't finish. One of the pair totally wrong shipped to me I emailed them ending up askin me to keep it only can refund back to me $7.17 that the leather sandals that i did not get it received something that totally wrong style. I haven't receive any refund yet as of now 1/20/25. This company totally SPAM.

the newest scam is that my shoes were delivered 10 days ago! No! Neverr received delivery..Too much frustration, I may not buy on line anymore

STILL waiting for shoes. They keep telling me it is shipped and coming, but, they never arrive!

Please! Please this is a scam! Tried to return a product still under 30 days return but then you communicate with them for several times. They said they would replace it. Then would offer you 40% to keep it, still did not resolve the problem. Until they’ll just ignore it!

The boots shown online were fur lined. The ones I got were not and even though I ordered half size larger than I usually wear, they were too tight. Very cheap.

this is a scam. the shoues are cheap, they smell terrible. they say they will do returns and refunds, but thne they email that will only refund 10%.

Bottom line: DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! NEVER!!!

Don't trust this shop. You will receive not what you buy and never get a refund. PayPal not helps as well. Scamers.

My review mirrors every other one you will read. I ordered one color, they sent another. Refusing a refund. After I sent a picture of their return policy, they stopped communicating. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal. Still fighting.

The shoes arrived but were the wrong size and not at all orthopedic. I couldn’t wear them but the company refused to return or exchange. Now I am blocked from writing a review. Can we do a group legal action?

I ordered my shoes about a month ago. They NEVER ARRIVED. I have been given the run around on getting my full refund. I have now threatened fraud and reporting to my credit card company.

I ordered a pair of sandals and when they arrived they were not the ones i ordered. after several emails the company told me the warehouse was out of stock so they randomly sent me a replacement shoe. they refuse to take them b ack and insist they can only give me a 40% discount on them. I did not order them and they admitted they just sent something else. BAD FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. this has be3en a nightmare.

Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE purchasing. Cheap materials. Toxic smell. White (!) Velcro on dark sandals. Want to return but all they are offering is keep the shoes; we’ll give you 10% back + 40% off on your next order. Unacceptable. They need to be shut down and pitched off Facebook.

These shoes were never delivered to my address. I have contacted the post office with their tracking number, and they told me that it was mail fraud. It has been escalated to authorities. Beware! These must all be fake reviews on their website because they take your money and run.
