I reached out to their customer service and got a reply much quicker than I expected. They handled everything very professionally and offered me a replacement without any hassle. The new item was shipped out fast and arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Things can go wrong sometimes, but the way Lurva Fashion dealt with it made a big difference for me. Great service and definitely a brand I’d order from again.

Ordered a black oversized hoodie and I’m really happy with it. The fit is exactly how I wanted and the material feels thick and good quality. It arrived pretty fast, was well packaged, and support replied quickly when I had a sizing question.

Wasn’t expecting too much at first but this turned out really nice. The design looks clean and the quality feels way better then i thought it would be. Delivery was quick and everything came in solid packaging, nothing damaged. I also messaged support about something small and they replied pretty fast which i didnt expect tbh. Overall a really good experiance!!
