Fought my curls all my life! Love love these products! They really DO WORK!

I received the 3 part system and was excited to try it. I saw a few “Instagram” curly hair stylists promoting it and thought it had to be pretty good.
(Also noticed the same stylist are no longer promoting this product). I’ve always had a healthy scalp, no dandruff, no itching. Always used decent products in the past with no issues. Within a day of using it, I noticed my head was itching. Within a few days, it was itchy to the point where it was almost a burning sensation and very flaky. Customer service said my head was “detoxing”. I quit using it. A month later and a different product brand, no more itching, flakes or burning sensations.

I had been looking at using Lus for a while and wanted to love it so badly….but I’m regretting that choice. My scalp has always been healthy, and after using their deep conditioner, my scalp was red and itchy! I stopped using all their products right away, and now I have multiple red spots that are dry and flaky…and it’s been months since using their products. These products damaged my scalp, likely with their heavy use of perfumes and I’m still fighting to get it healthy again. Tried to leave a review on their site, and discovered my account no longer exists and there is nowhere to add a review…shady. Don’t trust this product with your hair…

This is not made for black people it's made for people that have a goog grade of hair. My hair shruked up do much I got to use my blow dyer to get my length back. U should be sued and I might be the one. It's not made for all types

I fell into the trap of everyone else it seems. I bought the 3 part system as well as the deep conditioning treatment hoping it would make my curls defined and bouncy. Instead my hair became dry and brittle after the first use. I assumed it was user error, so I tried again a couple more times on future wash days. Each time my hair looked and felt worse, and I felt the need to wash it more often because of how greasy my scalp had become. I looked into getting a refund, but it was open so they won't take it back. Now I'm out close to $70 and I had to go back to my box store hair products because at least my hair looks a little healthier again.

Purchased this product and tried it ending with my hair becoming a straw pile. contacted their customer service and they refereed me to videos. asked where to return the product and their response was unopened returns only. buyer beware. NO RETURNS FOR BAD PRODUCT. How do you know if you like it unless you try it.

Buyer beware - The company will not refund your purchase if you are not satisfied or happy with the product. Money wasted.

This product is a PERMANENT purchase. There are no refunds!! It does not work without a diffuser. Tried it twice. If you allow it to air dry...it does not achieve the desired results. Too time consuming to fit into my life style (or daily routine).

Luz Brands....does not readily disclose this on their website. Usually there is a "pop-up" window that comes up to alert & disclose to the customer...however takes advantage by requiring customers to "actively' click on their refund policy. $50 on 3-step system...down the drain. Potion #9 works just as well...No satisfaction guarantee.

I wish I could give zero stars. The first use of this product I noticed right away that there was a lot of tangles when combing after washing. I added in the dressing, and frizz was still there. Made sure my hair was soaked, added more product, still frizzy. few days later I did the whole process again...same results. I gave up, but continued to use the shampoo and conditioner so I didn't waste $70, but my hair was becoming IMPOSSIBLE to comb out! My hair had never been so matted and tangled in all my life! I threw the shampoo and conditioner out because they don't accept returns or anythng. It took 3 weeks to get my hair back to normal, to where it was combable again. I also now have breakage and am in need of a trim. Very disappointed. I am mixed( malotto) with 3B curls and have been searching almost my entire life for a straightening system that actually works. I'M STILL LOOKING!

I have been working over a year now to get my curls to be bouncy and healthy, upon only 1 use of this product my hair has been frizzy, heavy and flat even after multiple cleansing/detox shampoos. Products were literally used one time, caused damage to my hair, and the company will not accept a return or give me any of my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Additionally LUS emailed me for a review and as I was typing my review I had selected the 1 star rating and it reverted itself to 5 star. Shady business, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This company is not what they say they are. Sure it might work for some but you’re screwed if you have a different hair type that is too fine for their super heavy leave in!

NO RETURNS! $50 down the drain. Literally. I should’ve done my homework before ordering. But good grief! In this day and age, customer service is key if you want HAPPY customers!

If I was able to return the product or get a refund, this review would’ve stayed off the internet. They must not care!

So frustrating when you put your trust in a company that has several “claims” of being so great for your hair.

Unless you have hair that can stand thicker leave ins don’t buy it!

I thought I would give them a try...sorry I did!

After looking at their ad on Facebook, I thought I would give the products a try. That was the worst decision I've made for my hair. I tried different amounts, wet hair, dripping wet hair, damp hair, towel-dried hair. Even after the first try, my hair felt like it had some residue on it after I used the shampoo. I went ahead and applied the condition and raked it through my hair as instructed, rinsed after a couple minutes and then applied their All-in-One as directed and my hair was first air-dried then blow-dried, then I plopped with a cotton shirt...nothing worked. Every single time, my hair was left with a nasty waxy residue on my hair. It left a really bad build-up on my scalp from the product and my hair was left dull and lifeless. No shine, it was soft but very frizzy. Contacted them and they refused to refund/exchange as they stated they do not accept returns on used product. Um, how is one supposed to see if their junk works without using it?! Hello!! I think they know it won't work for a lot of people but don't care because to them, a sale is final, regardless. They do not care about the customer nor if their junk works or not...they are after your money and will use any and all excuses to keep your money. Overpriced crap. Do yourself a favor and buy something where the company will stand behind their product. LUS knows they sell junk so they are determined to get rich off everyone else that gets suckered into buying their lies. Don't say you weren't warned. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my credit card company.

Product is not as advertised! This product made my hair very dry and coarse. Wouldn't recommend the product.

Don’t bother asking about samples to test for allergies. They want you to spend $$$ with no refunds available if they don’t work for you. The shipping fees are high too. They will also block you if you dare to ask about samples on social media. They have the worst customer service.

I agree with the first review of this company. They refuse to accept returns, which is not readily available information on their site. The product is cheap and doesn't work. Your hair feels like straw. I bought the shampoo/conditioner combo and the deep conditioner. All of them were spectacularly bad. Do NOT waste your money.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. The company accepted my order, I paid for it, and after 6 weeks, no delivery and no money. Non existing customer support or a possibility of refund. To avoid!
