Absolutely the nicest people to buy from, and thankfully will add that extra ball of wool you forgot to order to your package before posting it out so you don't have to pay extra postage for 1 ball. Been recommending to all my Yarn friends and will definitely be buying from again.

Good comms and fast service
Ordered the "Sirdar Happy DK Cotton Book 2" and requested the seller send it in a cardboard envelope. Seller emailed back promptly saying they didn't have hard back envelopes, but would package it so it is protected. Item arrived within 2 days and a postage refund given.
This is the positive service I like to receive (goods comms and customer service). Will be ordering from them again :)
