Fantastic service from beginning to end. One of my chosen colours was out of stock, I received a text message straight away to explain this & we decided a surprise shade would be ideal.
The parcel arrived the next day, with a fabulous array of lovely colours.
I was so pleased with the entire procedure on the website & customer service excelled itself, I would highly recommend & will definitely be ordering again 😊

Easy to find and order what I wanted. Also I’d been looking for a particular yarn which was out of stock at other online yarn stores but I couldn’t find out from them why and when they would have it again. This info was on Luciously loopy and it had the yarn in question, so I was able to order it in the confidence that the yarn would come and I wouldn’t have to rethink my project. It came very quickly. I will be ordering more yarn from them in the future.

Always a pleasure shopping with Lynn @lusciouslyloopy. Items are always well packaged and arrive before time. There is so much choice you are sure to find something you’ll like, but that’s the trouble! I just want to spend alllllll my money here. I’m particularly loving the hand dyed yarns atm.
