What's worse than your average spammer/scammer? A spam-enabling business pretending to be a legitimate company. I can only guess that anyone who gives Lusha—horrible name!—a positive rating is either... See more

Enterprise package is a SCAM
Enterprise package is a SCAM. NEVER upgrade. Evil, Rude and Nasty Account Managers.
Try to avoid!!
We run an agency and now are locked into the SCAM Enterprise package which you can never unsubscribe from.
We recently purchased bulk leads and have had them immediately block our account right after paying.
Very rude behaviour as though they are at war with you instead of trying to help.
SPAM and not in any way GDPR compliant.
SPAM and not in any way GDPR compliant.
Is contacting our whole company telling each one that they will sell our personal data. No clue where they've got them from. It's totally fraud, never allowed and absolutely not GDPR compliant in any way.
We are going to inform the authorities about this behaviour.
Steer clear, full of corruption!
They don’t deserve even one star! I purchased a contract for 12 months.
They casually decided they didn’t want to honour what I purchased even though I had it in writing.
I spoke to a manager he reassured me it would be resolved and then ghosted me. Left me dealing with HR and technical support. All of whom fobbed me off and asked me to pay AGAIN for the same contract. I refused … I have lost hundreds of pounds and I warn you to steer clear because they are shocking.
Scrape personal data from LinkedIn
Called my personal phone number to try and sell me their services. When questioned on how they got my number, they stated they had harvested through LinkedIn then continued trying to give me their sales pitch. Shocking. Utter breach of GDPR.
Report all emails to FTC
The are adding people to mailing lists that are in direct violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. There is also no information or the companies address, along with an option to unsubscribe, giving it 3 violations in total.
Enjoy the fines and dealing with the FTC.
All indications of a scam site
All indications this is a scammy site, seems not to have a legitimately collected dataset.
Total scam company
Total scam company, stole the idea from zoominfo and really bad quality. 90% of their data unaccurate.
Similar experience to others on here
Similar experience to others on here. Lusha has been selling my personal contact details and I'm now getting regular cold calls from companies who have informed me they have received my details directly through Lusha. I can confidently say I have NEVER given anyone permission to process or store these details as I'm incredibly vigilant about this so without doubt in my opinion they are breaching GDPR rules. I'll be raising a complaint about them.
Non-GDPR compliant data harvesting…
Non-GDPR compliant data harvesting company. They're selling my data without my permission, I will be submiting a complaint to the ICO.
Huge breach of GDPR
Huge breach of GDPR, they process your personal data and if they inform you its only to mention that the data is stored there. You can appeal through a form, but that then tells you that even though you Opt-Out they still keep the data for 7 years. Already filed my report at the local GDPR agency here but this is a huge scam.
Never asked for their contact
Never asked for their contact. They say they get their data legally - so why in the email do you want me to respond and give you a load more by answering a load of questions?
I am now spam blocking with an auto delete filter.
Steal and sell your personal data…
Steal and sell your personal data without consent
Dodgy bunch of spammers
I was shoked when I started to receive…
I was shoked when I started to receive calls from sales people on my direct mobile and when I asked how they got my number, they said it was from LUSHA.
So basically Lusha sells to these people my private mobile phone that they basically stole - as it's not public nor on any public networks, etc.
Aren't there laws against this???
Sold my data without my previous…
Sold my data without my previous consent. Completely avoid business with this hideous company.
Claim to be GDPR compliant but…
Claim to be GDPR compliant but absolutely are NOT. Even when ask to remove data they say it has to be kept for a mandatory 7yrs. Inaccurate - especially as I have not given permission for my number to be shared in this way. My mobile phone number and home number are coming up as a contact for my husband’s work. Never shared and wouldn’t be used so clearly imported from another data source. Avoid avoid avoid!
Glitchy as hell, unprofessional customer service
Glitchy as hell, terrible customer service. I've been using Lusha for over 2+ years across different companies and 2 years later, there are still the same glitches. The data doesn't transfer across to CRM tools properly and it's impossible to find contact details for support. Then once you email them it takes 2-3 working days for a reply and they are of zero help, so unprofessional. This company feels like it's run by a bunch of amateurs
Scam
They use "Opt-out" for processing personal data, which is illegal according to GDPR.
