I have a similar experience to May over reviews. I brought an amazing deluxe set from here in 2016 which is still in relatively good condition. But when I ordered the same set in 2018 it was horrendous quality and so much thinner. It does not feel like real hair to be honest and it’s much more expensive now. Such a shame as I would love to order my 2016 set again.

good hair but only if you buy the deluxe range...the standard clip ins are far too thin for even the finest of hair. haven't given full 5 stars as the standard clip ins used to be great I've bought them for 6 years but now I would only buy there deluxe range. I guess you do get what you pay for

Don't buy from this company! Terrible quality extensions and even worse customer service.

Was recommended by a friend who has had great extensions from them in the past. When my 'deluxe' set turned up, they looked like something a 6-year-old would buy in Toys R Us. The colour was horrendous and striped.

The thickness was awful, and the hair became so thin at the ends there was no point bothering with them. I'm also sure they are not entirely real hair.

And now they won't give me my money back because I took them out of the package to check they weren't as crap as they looked. A reputable business would give me my money back based on the fact their goods should not be on sale in the first place - especially because some of their other colours seem to be of good quality so they clearly understand what 'deluxe' extensions SHOULD look like.

I have been buying from lush hair extensions for many years now and loved the quality. My extensions would last me 2 years and still be in decent quality. However in the past couple of months I have brought a full head and deluxe full head and they are TERRIBLE quality. I sent the delux back and threw the full head in the bin without wearing them once as I had taken it out it’s packaging. The hair is thin, frizzy and dry. I have compared it to my old extensions that I still have and the quality is a mile off. Such a shame after years of using this company I’m looking at alternatives

VERY DISAPPOINTED , BEING BUYING FROM LUSH HAIR FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE LOVED THEIR HAIR, IT LASTED AND LOOKED GREAT, WHAT HAS HAPPENED, BOUGHT MY LAST BATCH AND THE HAIR HAS MATTED AFTER THE FIRST WASH, I HAVE WASHED IT EXACTLY THE SAME AS PREVIOUS LOT HAD TO BIN IT.

Terrible quality hair with strands of white hair, plastic and thread in it. Really course hair to not nice. I would advise clip hair, similar money but far better quality.
Lush hair customer service are useless!!

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews as I've never had a problem with this company. The first time I ordered from them was back in 2015. I bought the quad weft and got lots of compliments on it. As it was now looking a bit tatty (after lots of wear and me dyeing it a few times), I decided to order a replacement. Unfortunately, this time the shade I chose didn't match (I've gone back to my natural colour) and as there was nothing else that might be a good colour match, I had to return the weft. I received a refund quickly and would order from Lush again if they ever start doing the quad weft in colour 10/16.

Really poor quality product and terrible customer service - do not purchase from them!!

I had to purchase a second set (double weft) as the full head were so thin they looked ridiculous on my hair. The double weft one's are then way too heavy and just impossible to wear. Contacted them to tell them this and ask for advice about what to do and they just say as it's past 14 days now and out the packaging there's nothing they can do, and they advised me to wear less clips if it's heavy. I mean this is just ridiculous considering the whole reason I purchased the double weft one's was because of the fact the others were too thin!! Total waste of money.

Joke of a company - stay away.

The hair extensions were thin unworthy ridiculous quality you're better off going to the market, the staff are rude and liars they claimed the first time on the phone that if I sent them back "as a jesture of good will" they would let me exchange even though I removed the gold bands because they were so thin I had to check that there was actually 8 clips they claimed there was 100 grams but there was barely 80 and when I said that to them they said there was 115 grams the clips were singly wefted it was an absolute joke please don't ever buy from these, I do have thick hair but originally planned on buying 2 packs of 100 grams which normally would be enough for me but I think even 4 packs of these wouldn't even come close I will attempt to sell them when they finally get returned to me but I doubt anyone will actually buy them an absolute waste of 70 pound I really recommend that no one would actually use this company go to foxy locks or obd hair for something worth your money!! Xxxx

I got a deluxe #2 I believe this to be known as double drawn
