I actually got scammed

I actually got scammed. Paid about £30 for 3 peel lip stains… They looked high quality online, and the Facebook and instagram videos are all really convincing. Sadly, what arrived in the post was a laugh. 3 mega low value looking lipglosses… They looked cheaper than cheap and none of the same branding that the website showed they would have. The stains either didn’t work, or worked but left sores on my lips. A disaster and waste of money. I have since ordered some actually cheap ones, which do an excellent job! So honestly, save your money don’t buy these.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Saw an ad for their lip stain on Facebook. Product looked really good, so I ordered it.
It took weeks to arrive and shipping update was useless.
I applied it as per instructions. There is a very strong chemical smell to it. I waited for it to dry and when I peeled it off, there was hardly any colour on my lips.
I emailed them and was asked to provide evidence. I said I didn’t want to use it again, as it bled past my lip line and looked like I had sore lips.
I was then offered a 20% refund 'as a gesture of goodwill' and that I could 'gift them to someone'
Their website now shows as 'address is invalid'
This is a SCAM and I have reported them to Klarna for a refund. It’s disgusting…

Scammers

This company is not US based it's in China, promise a delivery date of 6-12 days but when it's shipped the tracking information is over a month. I've started a case with PayPal to try and get my money back

Fake brand

Ordered from Lushlip after having seen a lot about them online. Expecting to get a product from the series I ordered, I ended up waiting a month for a package from china. In the package was some random unheard of brand that just screamed bad quality. Not at all what I ordered or paid for.

Scam company!

Scam company. What I ordered and what I recieved are two very different things. They've turned their comments off on all social media and they actively refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing.
Please don't waste your time. Contacted my back to initiate charge back.

⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS

⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a scam. They make you think you’re ordering from Europe, but it’s shipped from China. My package was “returned” twice without a single delivery attempt or notification. No refund, no accountability — and now they demand I pay extra to receive something I already paid for. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money.
