Can't speak highly enough of the Lusso Spa team. From day one speaking to Samantha we felt confident with our purchase.
Our hot tub was delivered by efficient and friendly brothers who set up our hot tub with minimum fuss and lots of advice.
We have since ordered accessories from Lusso which have been delivered promptly.
Kyle has been back this year to service the hot tub, he too was a pleasure to deal with. So efficient and friendly and arrived on time.
Will definitely be recommending to our friends.

The hot tub was fine and no concerns but the after service is poor. I ordered some new head rests and the wrong ones were sent partly my own fault for not checking so i returned them. Samantha the checked my order and said she would send replacements. 2 weeks later i called as no response even though sent signed for. She denied knowledge until i sent her the tracking receipt and then proceeded to send me the wrong ones again and refusing to pay my retrurn postage. Apparantley i should have sent her a photo so its my fault! Now waiting for a replacement having now spent £9on postage. Lets hope she gets it right this time.Jay stepped in and resolved my issue promptly and generously

We’ve been wonderfully supported by Luso Spas in the purchase, installation and then upgrade with a heat pump of our hot tub.

Honest open pricing for call out and diagnosis, followed by a fair price to rectify the fault. All communication was excellent, and all technicians were professional, knowledgeable, curtious, and a pleasure to deal with. Would use again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you

Me and my friends where staying at a cottage with a Luso Spa. It didnt seem to be heating up, and the cottage owner was very unhelpful. I contacted the team via WhatsApp and within minutes they helped me with instructions to get it working. They saved our weekend. Thank you very much Luso Spa team. :)

From the moment we first contacted Luso spas they were nothing but helpful! Sam was super friendly and went above and beyond to help find the right spa for our space! We made the 3.5 hour drive to the showroom for a viewing and met with Jay, he was friendly, very knowledgeable and very willing to help and spend the time with us while we made our decision! The hot tub was delivered today and the guys were incredible! Despite the tricky access at our property Ryan and Stef didn’t hesitate! The tub was unloaded and in place within the hour. They stayed while it filled up and gave knowledgeable info on how to get the best from our spa, they talked us through all the controls and only left once they were happy with everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Luso Spas!!

We purchased an air source heat pump from Luso spas. It was delivered promptly and fitted within a week, the team did a fantastic job, very polite and professional and educated, answering any questions we asked. We did however have a small but irritating problem that sounded like something was rattling (quite loud but not massively) we rang Luso and they came out within a couple of days, fixed the problem within 10mins and its absolutely as it should be now ( very quiet)
It was well worth the price paid, good investment and already we have seen a price reduction on our electricity. We would therefore highly recommend Jay and all the Luso team. Thank you to all of you.

We bought our Luna spa from Luso Spas 2yrs ago now following the great customer reviews they received. Jay and the Team have been fantastic from start to finish and our daughter bought the same Tub from them following our good experience and they have been highly impressed too! We couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service provided since. It's been a great addition to the house and all the family love it. The spa itself was great value, it's easy to run and maintain! Furthermore, any accessories or consumables we've ordered have arrived without delay. We have just had a warranty claim after some blistering appeared on out tub, however Luso were messed about a bit on supply of a replacement and eventually replaced with a more expensive Hercules model at no extra charge! The whole team at Luso are delightful to deal with and really knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Luso Spas.

Placed an order for a cover for our hot tub, delivery was quick , there was a slight issue with the order which Jay responded to quickly and is the process of sorting, Jay relies quickly so even though the order was not perfect the way it is being dealt with is reassuring.

Had the air-source pump fitted to our existing spa supplied by Jay, definitely speeds up the heating time and the electric meter flashes less than half what it did before 👌. Too soon to see accurately from the bills but so far I'm sure it'll be a great long term saving. The unit does make noise, but nothing that causes any issues and doesn't last for long either 😀. Thanks again!

I cannot fault the 7000 Hot Tub we purchased and the service from Luso was impeccable from start to finish. I was a little concerned over access to the final location of the Hot Tub but Jay and his guys had it in place before we could even boil a kettle. I looked at just about every Hot Tub on the market prior to choosing our 7000 model. For me it represented the best balance of quality and features for the money. Having 3x 3HP motors, plus a circulating motor, was a major factor, for me it means that we get powerful jets whist not overworking the motors.

Purchased my hot tub from Luso nearly two years ago. Faultless service and an impeccable team. Always have the team back to service and keep the hot tub in great condition. Recently opted for the £44.99 service plan which is great value.
Kyle is a great employee with great knowledge on the products too.

Had our hot tub nearly 4 year jay and the gang are really helpful from day one to present day nothing is too much trouble just order some new head rests and delivered when expected 👍 always recommend luso spas fantastic

Just had my Verona hot tub serviced for the first time really pleased as the guys that did it were great very thorough & helpful. No regrets about choosing Luso for my hot tub as excellent after service would recommend

Top quality hot tub, and superb service! Bought a pre-owned hot tub from Luso and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The hot tub came in mint condition and the team were great at lifting it over our garden wall and positioning it in the garden. I struggled in the first few days working out how to use it, but they were super responsive even sending someone down the next day to check out the lights for me. Fantastic service, would highly recommend!!
