Brilliant service, quality and help with options during pricing.

Great experience!
After doing lots of research and getting various quotes I decided to go with lustro stone. Joe was very friendly and responsive right from the start, templating and fitting done within a week. Prices really competitive. I love the worktop choice I made and am so happy with quality of the fitting. I would highly recommend this company.

False promises three times.
Should of gave up after second time but gave another chance.
Not impressed.

Lustro Stone had come highly recommended, but I was still surprised just how accommodating Joe was in helping us find the correct product at the right price. We had very set ideas about what we wanted but once we had made contact with Joe, he was very helpful in guiding us towards the correct product. Joe was incredibly prompt in replying to any queries and completed the templating and fitting on time. On installation of our new Quartz work tops and splash back you can fully understand why Joe comes so highly recommended as he and Matt are very professional in everything they do and take massive pride in installing the product to a very high standard taking great pride in what they do. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough and the Quartz worktops look incredible with all friends and family commenting how fantastic they look.

Joe sent us out a few samples of worktop/granite that we liked which was so helpful in making sure we picked the right one to compliment our new kitchen units. He was extremely competitively priced and we were even able to have a few extras not originally in our plan. Although competitively priced this did not compromise quality of the product or the workmanship involved.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished results and would highly recommend this business to our friends and Family.

Very pleased with the granite worktops fitted. The company was completely priced and Joe was able to offer us extras but at no extra cost. He kept his promises for times ect and I can only say our expectations were exceeded. The fitters were polite,helpful and very very clean workers. I would recommend this company to anyone. Right from our first contact with Joe, his speed in replying to texts, keeping us informed as to what we require, choice of worktops, installation aspects, when the worktops will be installed has been nothing short of excellent. He, and Max, are exceptionally friendly. The price was very very reasonable and affordable. Last, but certainly not least, the worktops look stunning and makes a fantastic update on our previous kitchen.
