My daughter and I had an excellent two-week trip to Italy at the end of May thanks to Ligia. She was responsive throughout the process and carefully considered my interests, travel style, and specific needs to create the ideal personalized itinerary for us. Flights, hotels, group tours, and transfers were seamless. This was our first trip to Europe, and it was the perfect balance of scheduled activities and personal time to explore on our own. On the return, the airline lost my luggage. Ligia went above and beyond to contact the airline on my behalf to track my bag. I would highly recommend Ligia to anyone looking for a stress-free exceptional travel experience.

We enjoyed our wonderful vacation to France and Belgium. Ligia did a great job of listening to what we had in mind for our trip and allayed our concerns by putting together a great itinerary that fit our tastes and budget. Ligia addressed our concerns She arranged tours of Versailles, the Louvre, the D-Day beaches and Mont St Michel that were given by informed and courteous guides. The hotels Ligia reserved gave us an enjoyable and unforgettable cultural experience.

Ligia organized a two-week dream vacation to Italy for my family, which included travelers aged 9 to 83. I was worried about the logistics of getting from place to place, but Ligia ensured all transportation was efficient and trouble-free, and that our hotels were centrally located. She worked within my budget and handled all the behind-the-scenes details to make everything run smoothly. I am incredibly grateful to her for arranging such a beautiful trip.

We just came back from a marvelous trip to Italy!!! Ligia was easy to work with, had very good ideas and suggestions for the multiple needs and variables of our large group, was available during the trip, and was heroic very late at night in getting us all home quickly after a flight cancellation. When we plan another trip we will speak with her.

Ligia has been helping us with European travel since the early 2000s. In addition to a great personality, she is very knowledgeable regarding options for flights, possible routes, and layover cities. She has made suggestions regarding the best purchasing time and provided information that is not publicly available regarding flights that are more problematic (delay and cancellations). We have always followed her suggestions and she was never wrong. Based on our long-time relationship and excellent customer service we will ask Ligia to help plan future European vacation.

We only had a couple of days to find the best place for a short vacation. Ligia took care of it in a matter of hours. Everything was perfect.

This year was my first-time using Lutetia Travel and I can confidently say that after the experience I will be a repeat client for life! From start to finish, Ligia felt more like a family member than a travel agent. Initially, she spoke with my husband and I to get an idea of our likes and dislikes, accommodation preferences, what kinds of activities we enjoy as well as our budget. She listened to us really well, was never pushy, and provided several options for us as well as her advice based on her extensive professional experience. She gave us time to think on what we wanted and checked in with us often. From there she curated a two-week Italian honeymoon that exceeded our hopes and dreams where we visited Rome, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Capri, and Naples. Since my husband and I married during the COVID lockdowns, we decided plan a wedding vow renewal into our trip. Ligia, without hesitation, transformed into a wedding planner and located a venue, floral shop, hairstylist, barber, makeup artist and photographer. She coordinated with these individuals on multiple occasions to ensure our special day was amazing. All we did was show up to the event and everything was delivered and arranged to perfection! I must mention that soon after booking our trip, we decided to change our plans and add in a week visit to another European country, Romania, and Ligia amended our itinerary to make this work. I also appreciated that when it was time to return home, Ligia was with us every step of the way to ensure we had accommodations and re-bookings due to the delays and bad weather that resulted in cancellations. Overall, Ligia was extremely responsive by phone and e-mail throughout the entire trip often just checking in to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Ligia is a kind soul who is very passionate about helping others travel in a great way. I urge you to use Lutetia Travel for your next travel plans, and tell your friends and family about this business, because you will not be disappointed! We cannot wait to book our next vacation.

My husband and I decided in January 2023 to go to London, Paris and the Netherlands in June 2023. We both work full time and knew it would be difficult to plan a trip like this size and expense on our own. We enlisted the help of Ligia and she was fantastic. She was on top of things from the get go. She knew immediately which items to book right away - given we were 6 months out. She found airline tickets and hotel that were very reasonable. Once those were booked we worked with her to plan and book activities for the 10 days were were going to be there. She was incredibility patient with my constant questions and also very responsive with answers when I emailed or texted her. We could not have planned this trip without her.
