WHAT A SAD, UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE,
Stamani mi sono stati consegnate le 2 confezioni di Zenit acquistate, con il misurino per dosare il prodotto.
La consegna ha richiesto tempi davvero molto, MOLTO lunghi ma, l'aspetto che davvero è deludente, è che il prodotto ha una confezione totalmente diversa da quella che compare sul vostro sito e, sulla medesima, NON compare NULLA sul produttore dello Zenit, sulla città / nazione nella quale viene prodotto e, Dulcis in Fundo, neppure è specificato alcunché sul reale peso del prodotto.
Ancora, nella lista degli ingredienti NON compare assolutamente la dicitura relativa ad una ipotetica quantità di Caffè Arabica! Benissimo!
Il prodotto è "spacciato" praticamente come un Made in Italy, ma è asiatico, probabilmente cinese!
Qualità??? Un rebus!
Il misurino ha un contenuto davvero "mignon", giusto per dare sapore ad una tazzina da caffè. NON si può utilizzare quella quantità per fare una colazione "decente". Ergo, il prodotto durerà forse 2 settimane o anche meno, dato che sarà necessario utilizzare almeno 3 misurini.
Il gusto è poi davvero "poca cosa".
Chissà se almeno verrà mantenuta la promessa di avere energia per molte ore.
Viste le imbarazzanti premesse, nutro seri dubbi al riguardo! Bravi davvero. CHAPEAU! Sicuramente raccomanderò a tanti amici sia l'azienda che il prodotto!

Relativamente a quanto riportato dal sottoscritto, il medesime per correttezza ed onestà intellettuale deve obbligatoriamente rivedere in parte quanto precedentemente scritto.
In primis devo assolutamente sottolineare come il personale dell'azienda si sia dimostrato molto gentile e molto attento alle mie rimostranze l'azienda Inoltre mi ha rimborsato una percentuale della spesa effettuata senza che il prodotto Zenit fosse restituito.
Inoltre mi è stato anche spiegato il motivo per il quale l'etichetta del prodotto non fosse esattamente ciò che compariva nella pubblicità.
Sicuramente la correttezza, la gentilezza e l'onestà sono sempre molto apprezzati dai clienti.
Ad oggi dopo, aver già utilizzato una delle due confezioni di Zenit acquistate, posso inoltre confermare che il prodotto essenzialmente mantiene le promesse fatte; ha veramente un buon sapore e non dà i problemi tipici del caffè.
Presumibilmente poi anche la confezione ora avrà sicuramente l'etichetta corretta, riportante tutti i dati necessari, rispettando le vigenti normative di legge.
Per chi cerca un'alternativa al caffè,Zenit può essere decisamente preso in considerazione.

This morning I received the two packages of Zenit I purchased, complete with measuring spoons.
Delivery took a very, VERY long time, but the truly disappointing aspect is that the product's packaging is completely different from the one shown on your website. There's NOTHING on the packaging about the Zenit manufacturer, the city/country where it's produced, and, last but not least, nothing about the actual weight of the product.
Furthermore, the ingredients list absolutely does NOT mention a hypothetical amount of Arabica coffee! Great!
The product is practically "passed off" as Made in Italy, but it's actually Asian, probably Chinese!
Quality??? A puzzle!
The measuring spoon contains a truly "mini" amount, just enough to flavor a cup of coffee. That amount is NOT suitable for a "decent" breakfast. Therefore, the product will probably last two weeks or even less, since you'll need to use at least three scoops.
The taste is truly "not much."
Who knows if the promise of long-lasting energy will at least be kept?
Given the embarrassing premise, I have serious doubts about it!

Regarding what I reported, for the sake of fairness and intellectual honesty, I must partially revise what I previously wrote.
First of all, I must absolutely emphasize that the company staff was very kind and attentive to my complaints. Furthermore, the company refunded me a percentage of my purchase without requiring the Zenit product to be returned.
Furthermore, they also explained to me the reason why the product label wasn't exactly what was advertised.
Fairness, kindness, and honesty are certainly always greatly appreciated by customers.
To date, having already used one of the two packages of Zenit I purchased, I can also confirm that the product essentially lives up to its promises; it truly tastes good and doesn't cause the typical problems of coffee.
Presumably, the package will now also have the correct label, containing all the necessary information, in compliance with current legislation.
For those looking for an alternative to coffee, Zenit is definitely worth considering.
