Luv car wash Damaged My Car, Then Stopped Responding
On May 22, 2026, I visited the LUV Car Wash location on La Cienega in Los Angeles. After the wash, I discovered damage to my vehicle’s side mirror that was not present before my visit.
As soon as I became aware of the damage, I documented it with photographs and attempted to contact the company regarding the issue. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and follow-up requests seeking assistance and a review of my claim.
The estimated repair cost is approximately $450.
What has been most frustrating is not the existence of a dispute over the damage itself, but the lack of communication. Despite providing documentation and attempting to resolve the matter directly, I have received little to no response regarding my claim.
Customers understand that businesses may investigate claims and may not always agree with them. However, customers should reasonably expect communication and a good-faith effort to address concerns when they arise.
I am sharing my experience so other consumers are aware and so that company management has another opportunity to review and respond to this matter.
I remain willing to resolve this issue directly with LUV Car Wash and would welcome contact from management regarding my claim.
