It took a couple of days to get a response back, but I hadn't realized that you are in China, and it being the Chinese New Year of course, that there would be a delay. And for that I apologize. I meant no disrespect or insensitivity. Thank you for getting back to me. Now I can proceed with my return. I appreciate the instructions.
I placed an order. I received it, and immediately, I emailed requesting instructions so that I may return my items. I did get one response back to my initial email, but when I replied for instructions again ... no response. Then I emailed again the next day. Still no response. How long does it take to get instructions on a return? The clothing runs like two sizes too small. Nothing worked. I even bought one size up of everything, because I checked the sizing charts. I need to know how long I should wait to get instructions to return my items, please.
